I just got a new boiler from Solutions. The guys immediately got to work. They brought plenty of help to get the job done in a timely manner. They were respectable and polite. They triple checked to be sure all the registers were bled properly. I was very happy with the way they cleaned up everything.

Had a great experience with Heating and cooling solutions! I had to get a brand new furnace due to it catching on fire. Jake, Ben, and Tom came to put it in. They were very friendly, proficient, professional and a pleasure to work with! They even helped me put my new Nest thermostat up when they didn't have to. I would highly recommend using Heating and cooling solutions and will only be using them in the future!

Heating and Cooling Solutions is our go-to HVAC company. From the receptionist, to the technician to the owner, the customer service is nothing but exceptional. When we purchased our two rental homes, we knew that one property was in need of a furnace and both were in need of air conditioners. Throughout all the purchases, their team was very flexible on scheduling a time that worked best for me - and their pricing was beyond fair based on the other quotes I received. We recently had an issue with the older furnace and they were able to repair it with no issues. The tech was prompt, knowledgeable, and the repair price was reasonable. Wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend.

Arrived within 45 min. A/C not working. Removed the earwig and replaced wires.

Awesome service.
Dave and Jake were super friendly. Kept me updated on time frames, if they had to turn anything off, even laid down a tarp rug thing to keep from tracking dirt of the carpet. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Have had multiple service calls and everyone has been great! Owner is awesome! The two young guys I had were beyond efficient quick and courteous. I wouldn’t recommend anybody else but them. They even provided space heaters while the furnace was out. Every company should be this good.

I had an OLD air conditioner (from 1976), and gave these guys a call for service. Ryan came out, and did everything in his power to get it operational on an incredibly hot day. Ultimately, the decision was made to replace it due to age. The very next week, Dave and Andrew (with a guest appearance by Bill) came out and got a new unit installed over the course of a morning, ending a little bit before 1pm. They were professional, and used drop cloths, and they did their best, and now I have a new A/C unit at a reasonable price. They even took off the cost of the original service call.

Ben and Mac were great today when they came and put in our furnace. They were very polite and did a great job. They had the job from start to finish done in 2 hours. Great job! I will recommend them to anyone looking.

I really don't like being pushed for a review right after service- which they tried hard to do- so I gave it a couple months to write my review. The guys were great and respectful during the install, furnaces are still working great- still has only been a couple. The cost of replacing 2 of them was reasonable. The only problem was a small gas leak in the furnace pipe upstairs and when I needed to speak to them about it nobody answered or called me back. I found that a bit irresponsible, since I thought they were available 24/7. I'm glad WE Energies came out to help tighten the pipe and check the gas lines. Thanks! Overall, not bad but weve yet to see what the future holds.
