Mack and Tom did a great job installing our new furnace! Very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything I needed to know! They did good making sure to shut the door after they went in and out! Great work!! Highly recommend!

Jake was very knowledgeable and did a great job. He had our air conditioner running in less than 15 minutes. Very courteous. Definitely call them again for my heating and cooling needs.

Had them come out to fix my a because it stopped working the day my kid was born. They were able to come take a look and tell me they couldn't recharge the refrigerant. Instead they helped me pick out a new system and got me a couple loaner in room ac units to tide me over.

All in all everyone was very easy to work with and the job was done quickly and cleanly. I really appreciated the loaner ac units to help my son and wife be comfortable when they got back from the hospital.

I bought both my furnace and A/C through these guys. They take obvious pride in their practice, they genuinely care, and their business model is about being fair, not just making an extra buck off of you like some of their competition. They sent out an actual technician (not some generic salesman) who helped me understand my options and sold me the right size unit for my house. The installation was very professionally done, and they even took care of registering it for the manufacturer's warranty, which saved my butt this week when a part needed replacement. I'm enrolled in their maintenance program, so every spring and fall, I get to hear Jess's friendly voice on the phone, reminding me to schedule a check-up. Their staff are always on time for their appointments and they call ahead too. Chris keeps giving me good advice about how to extend the life of my equipment, from hosing down the A/C unit after the cottonwood trees drop their cotton, to checking/replacing the furnace filter more frequently since I use an allergen filter. These guys aren't just a vendor, they're a partner. After 5+ years as a satisfied customer, I wouldn't go with anyone else.

Great experience. Dave and his partner were very professional. The work was done in a safe and quality manner. They cleaned up and left the area better than before. They were very aware of Covid-19 issues. I highly recommend this company if you have a heating or AC problem.

For my Daikin fit install, I had Chris, Jake and Bill. I must say they exceeded my expectations. They were early, and when they left, other than the new units, I could see no trace of them. They were happy, not just another day at work. Very impressed with the install and with the 12 year parts and labor warranty.

Great team. Estimator was professional, knowledgeable and fair. The installers were right on time, worked well together and did an outstanding job. They knew exactly what they were doing and took time to answer my questions as they worked. Cleaned up very well and finished ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Great service so far, called prior to arriving on the prescheduled window of time. Jesse was great at answering questions while I booked my new AC install.

We recently (April 2018) had a furnace disaster topped off with a “Danger” sign from the gas company.

Bill came over to assess the mess and gave me two options to think about. Either choice sounded like an expensive headache to me... but then nothing in this old house we’re restoring has been cheap or easy.

With Bill’s patient guidance, we decided on a new boiler and the relocating of two of the old cast iron registers.

The crew came by exactly on time with everything needed to do the job right. Bill explained everything simply and expertly.

After 11 hours, every single thing that didn’t work before (and hadn’t since 1950) worked perfectly.

The installation is more than just perfect: it’s pretty!
