Excellent service from start to finish. My furnace stopped working and had to be replaced. Tom and Dave the installation and they were professional, helpful and very nice. I will definitely continue to do business with Heating & Cooling Solutions!

Today the staff from Heating & Cooling Solutions installed our new furnace, yesterday the owner himself (Todd Brown), came over in the early evening to take a look at our dead furnace.
From start to finish the process was easy and stress free, from the first call to the full installation.
The team of Jake, Dave and Sam were thorough and professional answering all my questions and concentrating on the job at hand. My new Lennox furnace looks great and is actively keeping my family comfortable. We were cold for a little for a day and a half but thanks to all involved we are toasty once again.
The price was very competitive and fair, oh and we also went with a planned spring install for our first/new Lennox AC unit.
The pre install for our AC unit was done during the furnace set up.
With attention to detail and a good work ethic H.&C. Solutions made our home a better place to live our lives.

We had our 24 year old furnace go out in the middle of winter and they had a friendly technician out right away, and for only $2,900 we had a brand new furnace in just a couple days.

Sam and Dave were very friendly and efficient when it came to installing and on top of it all we got to support a local Racine business.

These guys replaced our water heater a couple years ago and just recently replaced our AC unit along with copper pipes and coil above the furnace. Jake, Dave and Mike were top notch! They were on time, considerate of noise volume (I work from home), personable, polite, professional. They kept me updated on the progress and were done in 3 hours.

Hot water heater went out on a Saturday night. I called Monday morning and Todd the owner came over right away. Was very professional and down to earth. That afternoon, Jake and Tyler came and installed the new water heater. They did an excellent job and I will definitely make them my go to on my Heating/Cooling repairs.

Great place! My furnace went out on a really cold day, they came the same day ordered a new furnace which was much cheaper than I thought, and gave us space heaters so we wouldn't freeze. When Tony and Dave came and installed my furnace they were professional and very timely.

I called out multiple companies because my air conditioner stopped working. After being told by the other companies that my 14 year old system needed to be completely replaced, Heating and Cooling Solutions came in and found the exact issue and were able to offer very affordable and very efficient service. The entire staff, from the office receptionists to service men, were extremely kind and highly educated on the issues at hand and they were able to come back and fix my issue very quickly. I love this company and would highly recommend it to any and everyone. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and will be calling them again the next time I run into any issues!

I have been with this company since 2013 for a reason. I HIGHLY RECOMEND them. Heating & Cooling Solutions LLC is amazing. The techs are polite, skilled and knowledgeable. They respond fast and their prices are fair. However, the most important aspect of this company is that they still have the personalized feeling and practices that make a company great!
My most recent experience is as follows. So, my heat went out over the weekend. Turned out to be a bad blower motor (still under warranty). Problem was, that motor is impossible to find according the manufacturer. They found one for me within a day of finding out that the part wasn't available. Jesse, who is an amazing tech, came out and installed it almost immediately. They went above and beyond in customer service. You cant go wrong by hiring this company!

My furnace was blowing cold air and called HCS in the morning. The receptionist scheduled me for 11-1. Zach and Todd arrived early, yeah, early, provided a thorough overview of how my system worked and why it wasn't and had it running in 10 minutes. Very courteous, friendly, and professional. Awesome service!

The best customer service I have ever had from anywhere! I had some issues with my thermostat tonight and was able to talk to Dave over the phone where he was able to walk me through different options and got it figured out thanks to him! Highly recommend this company! They have done all our service work and installed new furnace and air conditioner with no issues!
