When you’re out of state and find out your home is 40° and there is no heat with minus temperatures outside, what do you do? You call Keystone heating and air conditioning company!
They had a repairman at my house within 24 hours of when I called them. Their service is fantastic. The problem was repaired, and the bill was reasonable. When you call, you will will be talking to one of the kindest ,nicest office personnel, Tara Storbeck.

This is the 4th time over the years that we have called Keystone and we have never been disappointed.
This past week we talked with Jeanna on the phone and she was great, she was very gracious and able to get someone out the same day. About an hour later Adam called to let us know he was on his way to our house, thank goodness it turned out to be a minor issue with our thermostat.
Adam was Awesome & very friendly, we all had such a nice chat before he left. This is the type of service we have always received from the Keystone employees and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to Keystone for your wonderful employees and service.

Adam from Keystone did a great job of repairing our heating unit. Instead of selling us for an expensive repair, he gave candid honest advice and saved us a lot of money by showing us how to install a thinner filter that won’t overload the unit. If we have to replace it eventually, we will definitely be calling Keystone.

Very positive experience. Heating tech Adam arrived on time, had great communication and knowledge. Did a terrific job replacing the blower on my furnace.

Enjoyed working with Dan and the other staff at Keystone. We ended needed to replace two 22 year old furnaces and the piping to the chimney. Dan was very knowledgeable and his quote was really affordable. Plus they were able to get us scheduled quickly before the cold weather really started.
