Told me to hire someone else and they pretty much didn’t wanna do the job after I was told it would be no problem at all. Canceled everyone else and got left with nothing after they bailed on the job. Do not recommend for any gas line work

The Keystone Company did a great job repairing my air conditioner. Paul came out and evaluated the problem and repaired the capacitor. Steve and Frank did the coil and pan replacement. I was told that I should have a new air conditioner installed because mine was 20 years old. So David, the owner, came out to do an estimate for a new unit. After finding that I couldn't afford the new unit, they worked hard to find a way to repair it for me. Dave and Paul discussed if the unit would hold up to just a repair because of its age and decided that it should be ok. But if it did end up dying the new part could be used again.
I really am so happy with the Keystone company because they were willing to work this out for me. And they took the time to listen to my situation to give me the best option to help. I feel that I can trust them to do the best for their customer and not just try to get the sale. I talked to the office and they were so nice and helpful as well.
If you want a company that really cares about their customers, Keystone is the way to go. Each one of them is wonderful to work with. And they will take the time to answer your questions and work with you to get the best result for your situation.

High quality customer service. Quick response time, always helpful and informative about our system and maintaining it well for future. They installed this furnace/air we have now.
