Blake was the service technician that managed my appointment and he was nothing short of amazing. He quickly identified the issue with my A/C unit and confirmed it with his equipment, while talking me through the process as well as explaining preventive care methods to ensure this issue doesn’t repeat itself. He didn’t leave until he every touch point associated with my A/C unit (thermostat, furnace, vents, filters etc.) was properly checked and cleared. He was on time to the appointment which I was able to schedule just 24 hours prior which is unheard of during the Summer heat waves here in Oregon. I’m grateful to Blake and to First Call Heating & Cooling for immediately prioritizing my family’s needs and providing first class service. I’m a lifelong customer now and will refer them to everybody in my neighborhood.

This is the second time I have used First Call and I’m still so impressed! I was called to see if I wanted an earlier service time because someone was in my area. Kurt, the technician, was fantastic! He was able to fix some weird wiring on our furnace that then made it more energy efficient. He provided insight into ways to improve the cooling in our house which were simple and easy things to do. Kurt was very friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I appreciated all of his tips. First Call’s operator response has been top notch and I honestly look forward to their annual maintenance appointments because I learn so much! You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent professional service ! Have used this company when they were Oregon Heating and Cooling. Technicians have all been very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and prompt for maintenance. If there needs to be added service they show you photos and explain why you need cleaning or replacing and will give you a time frame so you can budget. I appreciate the several different levels of choice - good- better-best so you can decide on what you can afford . We had a compressor that went out in our heat pump after 10years during a hot spell of triple digits and the technician arrived with parts ready to go ! They had a ton of calls and they fit us in within a few days . So grateful .

I highly recommend Brian D. who came out to do maintenance on my furnace and AC units. Brian is very personable but beyond that he is exceptionally capable and takes pride in his work which definitely shows in the final product. Brian D. did a complete tuneup on my gas furnace and A/C unit. He was very professional and courteous and was very knowledgeable when I asked questions about the 2 systems. His thoroughness about CO2 readings and other details was impressive! I appreciate the great service! Thanks!

Warranty adjustment of furnace’s blower assembly today was smooth, professional, and friendly. Very pleased with the service today. I wish the problem had been noticed and fixed two months ago at our annual equipment maintenance, and I’m happy it was no charge today.

First Call and serviceperson Frank were fantastic. After our AC went out Thursday night, we worried about getting it fixed before the weekend. First Call responded to our message as soon as the office opened. Frank was genial and communicative, on time, and had us running again by 9:30 a.m.

First Call did a project for several units on Oregon Trail Drive, Matthew, Daniel and Dalton were a few among the group that were outstanding, friendly, they cleaned up after each day. These guys were encouraging and respectful of each other, made sure I knew how to work everything as well as answering any questions. Great work!

My air conditioning went out and I submitted a repair request on their website in the evening. I got a phone call first thing the next morning and they had a technician at my house that afternoon. Blake was able to get it back up and running quickly and did a great job of explaining what happened as well as giving some tips to prevent it from happening again in the future. I highly recommend First Call for any HVAC needs!

Kurt arrived on time well dressed and groomed very professional. Checked the AC unit and after we determined the best course for me to take is to replace the unit. He did make other solutions that would only be short term. He also said that he would contact sales to make an appointment to discuss purchasing options. No one from sales has called, yet. I am hopeful.
