Laundry room water damage. Logan has been fantastic to work with. He explains everything to me in layman terms and make me feel comfortable and happy I chose First Call. I have used First Call Heating & Cooling since I purchased my split system from them in 2018. I also joined and currently use the maintenance club (good value). You will not be disappointed if you use their services. Sometimes things happen and the expected result is not what is expected...but the true test is they continue to stand behind what they sell and service..and the answer to that question is yes. Joel (owner) is VERY responsive. Tyler (who manages the technicians) is also VERY responsive. But the person who REALLY impressed me with his knowledge, dedication, attention to detail, and friendliness is Andrew. He is the sole reason my system is running GREAT!!! You cannot ask for, and I have not seen, a better HVAC PROFESSIONAL. You will be in good hands with First Call. And the best part is that (from what I have heard) they do care about and take care of their employees; they are not just numbers.

Kevin was great! This was his second trip to our house for routine maintenance and as always he was freindly, professional and fast. He didn't even mind our dogs (who are loud) barking at him. Sorry about that Kevin. Great company, we will continue to contract through them as we have over the last few years.

All went well with a tune-up on the Gas heat portion of my Heat Pump HVAC, but not the A/C side. They found a small crack in a pipe and since I can't afford to have the 7 year old Heat Pump repaired, I will instead opt to get a new Heat Pump.

Kevin came out for me on Christmas Eve night to run some tests on my furnace that had suddenly thrown some error codes. He explained everything in detail and gave me good insight on options I may want to do in the near future. Thanks Kevin!
