First Call Heating & Cooling

I have used First Call Heating & Cooling a few times and they are always friendly and professional. Today Jason came to my house to repair my AC unit. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue and come up with a solution. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Manuel came for a follow up to replace the fan motor that needed to be ordered. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, he did a great job and the AC unit is working properly again. I've had nothing but great experiences with First Call Heating & Cooling!

Kevin came out and was very honest with the work he was doing. He made sure that my system was running at it's best. A true professional at a fair price. Kevin made it clear that he enjoys his work and those he works with. Really glad I called First Call, they will be my go to company for all my future needs.

The technician arrived during the time frame provided. He was able to diagnose the problem with our boiler furnace and quickly perform the repair. I especially appreciated his honestly regarding boiler hvac repairs and having experienced boiler technicians complete advanced repairs.

First Call Heating & Cooling has always had someone available to come fix our furnace or AC when something wasn't working correctly. They do a great job when we remember to have them perform a tuneup, too. Manuel was awesome this time!

Very pleased with this company. My furnace stopped working, and they came out right away that same day to diagnose the problem. My furnace is older, and they advised me that it might not be in my best interest to replace parts and to consider purchasing a new unit instead, but I opted to try and have it fixed for the time being. They supplied me with space heaters in the meantime to help keep the house warm at no cost, which was wonderful. There were some issues that arose with the furnace that were out of their control however, and it took a few days to have it fixed, but ultimately, they were able to get it back up and running. They were determined to fix it, and I greatly appreciated that. All of the technicians that came to the house were very professional and kind, especially Kevin. This was my first time using this company, and I will again from now on.

Kevin arrived on time and as usual completed his work in a professional and competent manner.
He filled out information needed for the new system of billing and service information needed by First Call to keep our equipment in top condition and operating at peak efficiency.

Tyler was on time, very professional, knowledgeable, personable & patiently answered our questions about A/C.
He diagnosed the problem & we agreed with his solution to try & extend life of the unit.
Kevins diagnosis Saturday would not have corrected the problem but would have extended our time without air. We had air before Tyler left today.

These folks are just wonderful to work with. Last February my furnace stopped putting out heat. They came out immediately, discovered it was done for (end of life after 25 years), set me up with heaters to keep me warm, then delivered and installed a whole new system. Since then, they keep stopping back to make sure everything has been set up and is working to my satisfaction. I couldn't ask for a better group of professionals to work with. They even take off their shoes when they come in! Love these guys! I would gladly recommend them all day long.

I like this company, I call...they respond immediately. We used them for our ductwork to be rerouted in the basement and now AC troubles. Everyone I talked to from the first phone call to the service people were very friendly and professional.
