Amazing!! You pay for what you get. Air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday. I've got a special needs child who can have heat induced seizures. It was 90 out. First Call responded to my message within 15 minutes (and it was early morning). They were to my house within a few hours. Air conditioning was fixed and cool by noon. Are they the cheapest? Probably not. Will I use them again. Absolutely! Our tech was also very very kind.
