    What I didn't appreciate is spending $700 for a BRAND NEW PART and labor only to have it not guaranteed. Even though our furnace is 25 yrs old, this is only the 2nd repair call we've had in 23 yrs. I feel as long as I'm paying for a BRAND NEW PART, I should receive a warranty on THAT PART. They also installed a new limit switch for the oil. Again, not warrantied. Just because some other part may fail that doesn't mean the BRAND NEW PART shouldn't be warranties.

Please follow the link below and fill out the brief customer satisfaction survey - it's quick and easy! We have A Lenox furnace 10 years old. Woke up to maintenance code error 276. Pressure system error. Furnace still working but called for non emergency service. Came out same day charged $240 for 1 hour visit. Need to order the part that is covered under warranty. Additional appt needed to actual install the part at an additional $225 an hour. Price Seems excessive! Not happy! They responded immediately with an apology stating there was a miss communication regarding the return service charge. Only $56 to install the part. Should be installed soon. Appreciated the quick response.

    Great and thorough tune up of our a/c. All of my questions about my old a/c were answered too. We've used First Call in the past and will continue to do so.
