The blower motor on Our HVAC unit which was still under warranty stopped working. First Call was very responsive, technician and office staff went above and beyond. When the part was on back order for two months, First Call personnel requested the manufacturer take one off a unit on their manufacturing line. Yes we were without air for several days but they did offer a window unit in the interim. We decided not to go that route and waited it out. This is a top notch company of professionals.
