Service was great! They called me to remind me that our annual tune-up was due...nice to not have to remember that. Tech was on time and professional. Service plans were explained well and are easy to understand, but I felt no pressure to purchase. Definitely recommend.

Scheduling a date for service was quick, effortless and pleasant. When the day arrived Andrew was very punctual and professional in appearance as well as demeanor. While working Andrew's communication, knowledge and openness regarding my furnace was an appreciated up-to-date breakdown of its performance and longevity status. He also spoke with me regarding part replacement if the time comes and an option to change my current filter to another. When I thought ahead and had questions about purchasing and installing a new furnace and air conditioner Andrew was happy to answer. Very nice how he explained upgrade and performance comparisons between newer and older models. I was happy that I had First Call provide service the first time and even happier after this experience.

Great response to our initial request for a service call on our older central air conditioning system. The service tech, Joevani, was great, and tried to fix the equipment first before replacing. When the new part did not fix the issue (and ruined the new part), there was no charge for the part.
The service call for the air conditioner included going over our furnace--a previous First Call purchase we've been very happy with--to check its current condition and ensure it's ready for winter.
The estimator for the replacement was also very good, prompt, informative, and talked us through various options--which turned out to be very helpful when our first choice turned out to be unavailable (2021, the year of scarcity, right?). We were able to immediately make an informed selection on another option. The call for the installation was also fast and the installers very professional. All in all, we were VERY pleased with First Call. Responsive, prompt, professional, did a clean and neat job, and the price was very good. Sincerely recommend!

We had a terrific experience with First Call. Our AC seemed to be struggling and it turns out the freon was low and there was a small leak. The technician was honest and practical about the solution. Within a short amount of time the issue was resolved. We are highly satisfied with the service we received. From the time we called for service to the date of appointment it was a very quick turn around. This is a wonderful local company that I would happily recommend to anyone and we will be long-term loyal customers!

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a home repair despite being without heat for 24h on a night where temperatures dropped to 10F. Our heater stopped working and I called First Call ( it was my second call but really happy I found them :)). 2 service cars arrived within 2 hours and earlier than scheduled. They quickly assessed the problem but our exhaust pipes had to be replaced which did not happen till the next day. The installation team was supposed to arrive the next day at 2pm but I got a call shortly after I scheduled it and they came at 10AM instead. They worked extremely fast and clean everything was fine in less than 2 hours. These guys are true professionals and everyone we interacted with, a total of 6 people that were in our home over 2 days were very nice, respectful and knowledgeable as well as patient to explain the situation to 2 women which is a great plus. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with being taken advantage of. Highly recommend them!!!
