Had an install done for mini splits. Project manager said it would be a week or two for an appointment and everything would be done within two days from the install. We found out from the technicians when they came to install that the heat pump was on back order for a month. They said nothing about the system not being able to run for a month until after everything was signed. So it’s the middle of winter and we still don’t have heat. Use a different company.

These guys are always professional and patient when I share my concerns. Jose did a great job with the maintenance of our system and explaining an issue he found.

The technician was awesome as they always are. The office lady screwed me over for hundreds of dollars but the techs are always knowledgeable and professional.

Shelley is the technician I used for the maintenance of the furnace, turn up, flashing and running. She appeared very knowledgeable, and loving her job. Did very throughput testing and was very diligent. Campbell didn’t disappoint me so far. I installed most of the systems in my house with them!!! Great responsible people and good quality of work!!! Will definitely use them again!!!

Technician was great! Showed up on time, was friendly and got straight to work. Quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me some options and then completed the repair. Would definitely use again

The visiting service team was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. My issue with the company is with their prices being 2-3x more than market.
