Very happy with the Trane heat pump and air handler. Same day estimate, from estimate to install was ten days! Ice & Fire have the best prices in town, other companies didn't even show up to give an estimate. I would highly recommend Ice & Fire. They are honest, reliable and upfront with fair pricing. We recently replaced our heat pump and air handler. This price was the most competitive and I was very happy with Greg. He was great to work with from estimate and system recommendations to inspection of final installation. I feel comfortable that if any issues arise he will be there to help me deal with them.

Ice & Fire is an awesome company. They plumbed the propane piping from an outside propane tank, under the house, and into our kitchen to hook up our new gas range. Greg came out to our place and gave us an estimate and after the work was completed they honored the estimate even when the work slightly exceeded the estimate. The technician was friendly and very professional. We will recommend Ice & Fire again and again.

Greg and his group @ Ice & Fire is the best!! Not only did they rescue my daughter and her husband in 100°+ weather when their A/C went out, but they also arranged financing. Last fall it was time for our furnace to die and one call to Greg and he sent a tech out right away. When they saw how old and dilapidated our system was, they walked us through the advantages of replacing the whole thing and again helped with financing it. In addition they made sure we received rebates from the power company! It is rare these days to find a company with such dedication, loyalty and service, but that is exactly what you get when you hire these guys!!

This company has been served my family well for years. Competent, clean and professional. Greg has gone out to my grandmothers house multiple times per winter, sometimes for a repair, sometimes for a little confusion on operating the thermostat;-) he and his crew have been respectful and understanding never “finding” a problem that did not exist. Fire and Ice replaced the furnace and air conditioning in my last home and had the best price and timeline of the 4 companies I called. They are no doubt the most honest and most reliable hvac company in the valley I recommend them to anyone who asks.

Greg is excellent to work with. He installed a new heat pump and furnace 14 years ago and it has been working flawlessly ever since. He has been willing to troubleshoot new system quirks over the years by phone call only. Of course, on hottest day of the year the air conditioning went out! Ice & Fire were quick to respond to a service call and Greg personally showed up to diagnose and fixed a small part in about 15 minutes. Our first call for any heating/air conditioning needs will be to Ice & Fire.

Wow. Wayne and Skylar were great to work with and completely installed a new mini-split in one day. Very friendly and did a great job. First the representative was on time. He was professional, efficient, personable and humorous. He was able to fix my unit and installed a new thermostat. He could have sold me a new unit since that is why I had invited him out. But he was able to put a new part in the heat pump, thus saving me from $5,000 to $7,000. I am extremely grateful and highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.
