Ice & Fire Mechanical

Greg has installed two HVAC systems in two of my homes. Excellent work on both systems. Quality and value are how I would best describe the work and my experience with Ice and Fire.

Put an entire new system in our house and did a great job. Very clean installation, no mess left and everything looks very tidy. Make sure to ask them about buying filters through them - they have better deals than anywhere else I looked on filters. Super polite people too!

We put a heated driveway in when we replaced our driveway with pavers and Chris figured the best way to lay it out. He explained the difficulties and suggested a plan that worked out great for the driveway which is on a hill. I told Chris that" it will never snow in Yakima again after I put this system in". This winter we had no snow in Nov/Dec/or Jan. But the after the Super Bowl the next morning I looked outside and it had snowed. I went to look at the driveway and it was clear and steam was rising from the exhaust vent, the system was working exactly as designed. Another benefit is after the snowing all winter we had no snow piled up around our house. The best part of this project was working with Chris and his employees (Ice & Fire Mech.)who were attentive and knowledgeable, through every phase of the project. From the installation and testing of the system to the call after the first snow to see if every thing was working.

Got to me in a timely manner. Isolated the problem and fixed it within minutes.

Ice and Fire work very hard to provide fast excellent service. They arrive on a job and are able to diagnose the problem and get repairs completed in a timely efficient manor. They are also looking for potential problems before they occur.

Greg is awesome! He came out right away to repair our AC. I would recommend Greg for all your heating and AC needs!

I called to have some vents installed in my basement and their were two very friendly gentlemen out to install them within a couple days, great service overall!

Had a register that didn’t seem to be pushing heat out, technician check furnace and register everything checked out fine. Additionally he tutored me in how to program my thermostat which was most unexpected. Couldn’t be more thrilled with the service!
