Farwest gave me a date for installation (after 2 weeks without AC in 90 degree weather). They were punctual! The job was done within one day and I slept comfortably that evening. There was a problem-with a breaker but an electrician was called and everything is in working order.
The crew did a great job-let me informed of what was happening. New system-some things added. I love it. It is quiet.

Ryan who was able to come out same day and give me a very quick and reasonable estimates and went over everything thoroughly, truly knowledgeable about everything he talked about and what we needed but not more than we needed. They showed up on time and did a great job. They did maintenance on my gas furnace and gas fireplace. I did have to wait 2 weeks for my appointment but well worth it. Greg really did a through job. Very pleased.

Update: Had a new gas furnace and AC unit installed June 2023. Love the kindness and professionalism of the staff. There was a leak in the AC due to a bad solder joint from factory that took a bit of patience to find but they were here first thing every morning until it was fixed. It took 2 visits after install. I understand stuff happens but these guys were on it and very attentive. Very competent and professional.

We added an air-conditioning unit to an existing furnace and also converted it to natural gas from propane. A very pleasant experience, the crew was great and personable and very efficient. Because we had never had natural gas before it took longer for the install process but they did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Our air conditioning and heat pump went out in the days prior to the 100+ temperature forecasts. Of course it went out on a Sunday. Farwest Climate Control's emergency call number was answered by a nice young man eager to help. Unfortunately, my system was shot and needed replacement. Farwest Climate Control was able to supply a new system and had a crew here Wednesday to remove and replace my entire system. I'm not often a reviewer, however, the service that Far West climate control provided was so above and beyond that I felt compelled to write this one. Great job by everyone, thank you very much.

These guys showed up 8:00 on the dot. Got right to work. Finished up 2:30 3:00. They put in inside and outside unit. Great work gentlemen. Thank you.

Without A/C in the middle of August this company really came through for my family. They replaced my old A/C and furnace with a new, high tech model. The crew: Matt, Brent and Kelby were both professional and courteous.
