The customer service is horrible. The guy that works in the back office is really rude and definitely not a people person. I asked a simple question and he was so rude with his response.

How about this? I was wondering if one would find businesses that employ morale and honesty? Yes, they are hidden behind people with beautiful smiles. Kudos and kudos to Peak Thermo King in Yakima. Yes, your team made my day. Your technician Bradley (hope I remember your name correctly) showed class and professionalism. I pray that businesses like yours be know, to promote and prosper. Keep up the good work and thank you for taking your time to care of my reefer unit. All who care to support a good business, please take your trailer and reefer unit here. I drove from Portland to get my reefer fix. Office lady very nice along with the person who fixed my reefer. Very polite. It sure did took all day for him to fix but I was satisfied. 🙏🏽

The tech running service calls on the night of September 27th was wonderful. I happened to catch him as he was finishing a call out and had a question about my APU. Not only did he answer it, he took the time to check it and replace the burnt fuse.

My 2011 reefer unit has ALARM 10, this guys diagnose engine find out that i wire is bad, replace 1 wire ($10) and almost 3 hours of labor ($390). I dont why professional trained mechanic need 3 hours to replace 1 wire. When i ask why take that long, they says they have to build a wire. I ask how is that, they say they cut in from store. Anyway this guys are SCAM. I have to run that truck all day to make $300-400 and this guys just ripped me off in 2 hours for 1 wire $400.00

The most professional lay back crew ever. Fixed my APU in a heartbeat. Clean and friendly environment

Had a after hours call to there shop. Had us up in running in 45 min. Do not come in on S. 114th Ave, there’s a truck restriction. Drive in on S. 116th Ave.

They are very nice people. Always get me in when I need. Very good at explaining the problems and understand what I am trying to say.

They got my trailer in within a day. And it was about half the price I was expecting
