He doesn't have a big fancy painted building so you save on labor, and I would trade that any day for the personal and caring service you receive from this family run business. When you call, the owner Brian is always the one who picks up, and even answered my million questions after hours and on a weekend. He has multiple Platte family members who work there. I was quote $12-24k with other companys and Brian came out and said I just need the outdoor heat pump and there is nothing wrong with my indoor air handler. Brian got our Ac again for a fraction of the cost just before out heat wave. Thank you Brian and family. You have earned our business for the next 20yrs for the life of our new Trane heat pump.

Brian and his crew installed a new furnace,a/c and water heater. They came on time, and Brian answered all our our questions and was reasonably priced. He even helped with a venting problem for free. Highly recommend

Furnace heating issue was resolved very quickly. Owner was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone from my description of what was happening. They arrived with the parts they needed. Service techs were very willing to answer any questions I had. Very professional all the way around.

Platte installed an air conditioning unit In our home. They were responsive and helpful in scheduling the time for Installation. They were also creative in their Solution to make the unit fit in our unique space. They worked diligently all day and cleaned up when they were done. Unit works great! Platte installed the unit around 10 years ago, and it has been flawless, until record temps hit the Valley. I called Brian, and despite an overflowing schedule, he came over after hours and quickly repaired the problem. And he was still smiling! I'm impressed!

Brian came to my house within a few minutes of calling him as he was close by anyway but he showed me how honest he was as he showed me all we have to do to fix air/ heater.
Most companies rip you off just like a car sales man. But Im telling you the truth Brian is an honest man who doesn't rip you off.
