I appreciate the responsiveness when I have had an issue. We replaced the previous unit and they installed the new one. It had a few bugs at first and they have been good to work with. They are professional, personable, and helpful! Zeke has done an excellent job explaining things to us and answering our questions as they arise.

Bret and Hector showed on time to clean our dryer vent which was very plugged and they stayed with it until it was clear probably over an hour. Very nice young men and professional. Will call again in a year or so to have cleaned again. So after cleaning we had dryer fixed and tech said vent is partially plugged. Had to call and manager sent Jared and Adrian out and they cleaned from the inside out and got the rest out works well now. Pretty long system happy it’s working now. Still have them come back in a year.

Juan Godinez Was very nice and professional. He took the time to explain things and made sure that I understood what was going on as I didn’t get full details about how to manage the A/C unit since I bought my first home last year. I would recommend him to anyone and prefer to have him again. Thank you!

They were all very nice and easy to talk too, gave an explanation on everything I had to ask. Took great care were on time and very thorough in everything they did. System looks awesome is a clean and perfect installation thanks to damien and Freddy. Couldn’t be happier with the way it came out.

They came out on the day of installation right on time, each technician introducing themselves by handshake and got right to work. Performing a complete replacement of both a heat pump and air handler, along with some electrical work took up the whole day and they all work diligently. When my wife came home with hands full of groceries they even helped her carry them in. Once complete, they explained all work that was performed, how to replace the air filter and what to expect with our new system. Great customer service, professional, would recommend and will be doing business again!

The C & C plumbers were easy to work with, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They ran in to small issues doing our installation but worked through them and stuck to their quote. They’ve gained my trust and earned my business.

Called about my A/C not blowing air. Juan showed up and was really great. Got right to work while showing me what was going on and got the air flowing. All the technicians that we've used over the last several years, since Campbell installed our HVAC system, have been very professional, knowledgeable, presentable, and respectful. Our system runs like a top. We recommend Campbell whenever we get the chance.
