The technician, Zeke, was thorough and professional. He answered all my questions and provided me with valuable information. I couldn’t have asked for more!

The installation team showed up right on time and put me at ease with their professional and positive attitude. The installation team Martin, Alfredo, and Damian took the time to explain everything to me so I could understand what they were doing and why. The electrical team showed up, Freddy and his apprentice were efficient and hard working, let me know about a possible issue, and followed through to make sure it wouldn't be an issue later. Jose thoroughly explained the thermostat and other controls so I could easily run the system. All teams double checked that everything was cleaned up and to my satisfaction before leaving for the day. I would and do highly recommend Campbell and Company to my friends, family, and anyone in need of these services.

Technicians were professional, explained their plan and when finished left the area clean. Checked to make sure installation was functional and answered all questions. I highly recommend Campbell & Co.

They sent five crews to work on my project in the gentleman that assisted me were consummate professionals and you could tell that they took pride in their craft.

First time using this company. Had them out to do Central Heat & A/C vent cleaning plus dryer vent cleaning. They arrived at the scheduled time, and performed the work in the time frame they budget. Th final price as as quoted. Will use them again.

Note (a week later) found out our old dryer vent hose (35+ years), under the home, was slightly damaged by the cleaning process. Called Campbell and they came out the next day and repaired it, free of charge. I'm still very happy with the entire exercise with this company.

The crew that was here was absolutely awesome they were cleanly clean friendly efficient and got the job done in a very timely manner I would absolutely use them again and will do so in the future I will also be referring them to all the people I know that need that service

I had a heating and cooling system put in 3 years ago. It was around $25,000.00. Within a year one of the two units quit working properly. Campbell replaced the whole unit. Now 2 years later, another problem, same unit. Except for this time on top of the fee to come tell me it's broken, Campbell tells me it will be over $1,200.00 to fix and the warranty no longer covers it. The technician told me a valve was leaking and not tight. That seems like a technician error and should be corrected. I have used Campbell and Co. multiple times over the years, but, after this money grab. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them or the Lennox brand. Absolute fraud on their part.

Campbell and Co replaced a gas water heater with an electric water heater, having to run new electrical lines to our electrical panel. Because we live in a manufactured house, there were no gas water heaters available when ours stopped working.
