We are pleased with the work completed, Juan is very professional and polite. I very mush appreciated the timely response. It’s the cost that is hard to understand, the huge mark up on parts, extreme travel charge, the constant reminder that our system is old and we should be thinking of replacing our system. Makes me think you charge so much to repair our system to convince us to replace our system up to 15,000.00 $.

People were always right on time. Employees worked together, always friendly and made us feel confident in their work. Communication between themselves was always respectful, and they seemed happy. Main office communicated well with us also and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it!
