Hands down the biggest rip off I have ever seen. I had a leaky sink and had someone from Campbell & company come out to fix it. His guy took maybe 3 minutes tops to look and see that it was leaking ( obviously that's why I called ) told us the parts we needed then charged us 270!!!!!!!!! and said it would be another 450 to fix if we wanted him to fix it. What a scam!!!! 270 to tell me I have a leak smh....

From the service tech that originally came out to diagnose my system, Isaac, to the salesman, Justin, to the install techs Aaron & Lucca, I had such a wonderful experience. I had my system diagnosed on Friday, which I had 2 other companies come out and diagnose Thursday, I’m still waiting on the quote from the other 2 companies, while Campbell & co has already finished installing my new unit. I’m absolutely blown away by the entire service I received and how there wasn’t a single point where I felt uncomfortable. The entire team made this process seamless for me & my family. I’d recommend them to anyone!

I am in awe at the professionalism and the flow of the team that did all this work in one day. There were at least five people who came out to the house and each one had a specific job. This was a great team! They explained everything and taught me how to use and care for my new unit. Everyone was so polite! I've had a few questions and all I have to do is call this company, and somebody is very willing to help me. These people really care about the professionalism and quality of their work as well as the customer satisfaction and education of the product...a customer service that is slowly deteriorating. Thank you very much.
