They sent out technicians right away for an estimate that was fair and we accepted bid. Easy to set date to have new tub valve replaced. The office kept me updated on arrival of technicians they did a great job. If I have a complaint it is because the tub filler that they brought didn’t work for the job so they got a replacement of mediocre quality. But it looks good and I will continue to use this company

We had an AC replacement from heat pump. Nick and Zack arrived on time, let me know the schedule for the day and checked in when they were done with the installation. Nick was very professional and answered my questions.

I had a newly installed digital thermostat install. Had issues with it locking me out of screen. Tech could not find problem. So suggested a new shielded cable may fix it.
I agreed and sign a contract to pay. It did not fix the problem. But i can shut it down and restart then works for a few months
My mistake. This was a warranty issue and i paid 500 bucks. So stupid of me. I am not as sharp as i use to be. Older now.

John & Cameron? did a great job. They were punctual, quick, and efficient. Took away our old toilets in a very safe and clean manner. Installed the two toilets and took the time to make sure we understood how they function since they are different than our previous ones. John was so polite and kind. They both did an excellent job. We are a week since installation and everything works great. I highly recommend Campbell & Co.

Found an issue with a previously "installed" humidifier that wasn't really installed and certainly wasn't installed properly buy another well known compnay in town. Glad they spotted it. Ive used them for other things and they are always fair and upfront.

Our gas fireplace wasn't turning on with auto setting from the thermostat and we were feeling frustrated and we had to go a night without heat. I was able to get this number from Cascade natural gas today and because they knew we didn't have heat as it was our only heating source they had someone come in right away today rather than setting an appointment. The service technician that helped us was named Jose Radillo and he was really nice and professional. He was able to use a little jump start cable on our fireplace and our thermostat to figure out that it was just our thermostat that was the problem. He knew we were a little strapped for cash so he showed me a bunch of different options for replacements that were affordable and installed it for us. He answered all of our questions and was able to give us suggestions and prices on future services that we will definitely be using this year such as cleaning and replacing our bearings. We're very happy we were able to have this awesome company and such a nice technician help us today.
