Our technician Chris, was on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He inspected our HVAC unit, explained the steps he was taking and what he was looking for. Very thorough and worth every penny! Would call them again in a heartbeat! Thanks Chris and Campbell & Co!

Their team consisted of 6 very knowledgeable people. From the project manager, to the installers, to the electricians… they all gave very detailed descriptions and asked if I had any questions throughout the entire process… and that was from, out with the old and in with the new… staring at 8:00am and completion of 4:30 pm… call this company… well worth it…

Excellent service, on time, organized and fast. Love my new tankless water heater and HVAC system! Edit: my water heater is awesome, but the furnace had some issues (apparently something about the power panel? The card fried?). The techs were polite and helpful, but I ended up springing for a new thermostat when the old one was not replaced. The furnace came with a new thermostat, but it was not installed or left with me (there was a Nest on the old system, and I think they felt it would work better). I feel this was partly my fault for not insisting the Nest be replaced, but I'm a little peeved about having to pony up more money after spending 20k on the system...not including the on demand water heater (love that thing!). Overall a good experience. I will not be so faint hearted about insisting on what I want in the future.

Crew showed up on time. Kept me informed what they were doing. Any issues were brought to to my attention immediately.

Called to inquire about HVAC inspection and maintenance. A human being answered the phone without an initial voice menu, which I appreciate. I asked my questions and they were answered in a polite and comprehensive manner. I chose between services offered and given a scheduled approximate time for a technician to arrive. Eric showed up on time and was a very delightful young man. He wore shoe covers in my house. He told me exactly what he was going to inspect, what to expect while he was performing the service and said to ask him any questions during the process. I’m someone who likes to observe work being done in my home and ask questions, which he encouraged. He was a joy to have in my home. When finished he vacuumed around the area he had worked. I was informed of a part that I could choose whether to order based on his recommendation and he explained why he recommended that. He was able to get the price of the part so I could decide whether to get that further service. He informed me that the HVAC system should still be under warranty and even though it was installed by another company, they would deal with getting the warranty information so I didn’t need to deal with that. He asked again if I had any further questions. I was able to pay for the service AFTER it was performed via a digital payment system. Again, Eric was a very nice and thoughtful young man who enjoys his job and praised this company. There is no question about using this company again for any of the multitude of services they provide.

We were doing a load of laundry and one of our kids was taking a shower when our submersible pump stopped working and water started backing up into our basement. We called Campbells and they were able to get us scheduled. They are always courteous and professional, The tech, Mike, took time to show us what had broken and how they were repairing it. We now have water draining properly again and can return to life as normal.

We used the commercial branch to have our vents cleaned at Coldwell Banker Central. Office was great to deal with, service people were early did their work in a professional manner and the rates were very reasonable. Definitely will use them again.

Biannual system check up. Technician very friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service we have received.

Jose serviced my A/C unit to make it ready for summer weather! He was so polite and professional and I decided to sign up for the maintenance agreement!
