Great experience with the repair on our AC unit. Pricing was fair and upfront. Both workers who came were professional and very courteous. Will use again for sure!

Justin, Hector, Jose, Stevan, Colton and Tony replaced our heating and cooling with a new Coleman system. Extremely professional and kept us updated throughout the day on their progress. Definitely recommend these gentlemen and Campbell & Company!!!

Aaron answer all questions I had. He provided me with the price list of the future work that needs to get done. He did a great job on cleaning the furnace. Am very happy for the service provided.

This is my first time leaving a negative review online, and despite my reluctance to spread such unflattering information about an organization, I feel morally obligated to provide others with an honest account of my experience. Two young electricians from Campbell & Company came to my home days before Christmas because my family was without heat and electricity. The company dispatcher informed me that their electricians would assess my home, troubleshoot any electrical issues, and discuss possible solutions for free. Unfortunately, the electricians urged me to pay a considerable dispatch fee as they were leaving even though I repeatedly asked them to call their superiors to check on this matter. To make matters worse, their estimated fee for replacing a single electrical panel was just under $10,000, but three local competitors offered to do the job for less than $3000. This was just one aspect of a much larger project that Campbell & Company estimated would cost over $30,000! Three local competitors assessed my situation and none of their invoices came close to five figures. Oh, and it’s been over a month and after multiple attempts to regain the large dispatch fee that was supposed to be waived, I am still empty-handed. I strongly advise potential customers to get multiple bids because Campbell & Company charges unethically high prices to families in vulnerable situations. Just because a company is the largest does not mean it is the greatest. I recommend 509 Electric if you are in the Yakima area.

When a leak was found in the coolant system, we were advised immediately and the full, more expensive search was rescinded, saving us a lot. We appreciate the integrity of C&C employees!

A system checkout was performed. We were kept informed of progress and made aware of additional options. We had the system installed about 6 months ago, and everything is working fine. Aaron was typical of the excellent service we've gotten from the people at Campbell &Company. Aaron was very courteous and prompt, even though he had to chainup to get to the house.

My serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Gave info on what may be needed later. Very pleased with his work and personality showed me a small plastic vent to be cleaned every 3 months.

Humidifier repair - techs were friendly and professional but… diagnosed the issue and stated it needed a new part and would be over $300 to install. I watched them remove and try to dislodge sediment. Took only a few minutes to remove and put it back. I felt that $300 to install a new one was too much. After they left I watched a few videos to research the part. Turns out they did not know how to service the part. I took it apart and put it back and it worked. I paid $139 for the service call. Manager called me to see why I was dissatisfied, I told the manager the issue and he basically said they do not work with the humidifiers much even though they sell and install them. Also stated since the part was a warranty replacement there are costs associated with the warranty that factor in to the charge to replace and in stall. My complaint is if they were trained properly they would of cleared the sediment and replaced it but instead were going to charge me another $300 for no reason therefore my service call fee should have been waived. No sympathy from manager therefore I will no longer do business with Cambell & Company. This was the second time I used them for a warranty issue on the humidifier. Thaw last one cost me almost a grand to install a replacement humidifier that was covered on the warranty. They also messed that one up by not gluing the PVC drain which damaged insulation in my attic.they came back and glued it but I had to pay to replace the insulation.
