Nothing is worse than your AC going out right before the 90 degree weather gets here. The only thing that can make it all better is an amazing repair service team. I have to say Thermal was so on top of it that it was only one day without AC. Mitchell was my tech and he was so informative and professional. He went through everything with me. It was so great to have such a great company help me in my time of need. I would recommend they to anyone

I called in the morning to see if they could come out and look at my mini split. I live an hour away from their shop. They send a technician out within a few hours.Rey Diagnosed it, fixed it, and was so incredibly nice. I will always recommend them, and will always use them in the future. They were outstanding.
Rey came back the second time and got the old unit going. Spent some time on it! No charge and now I’m having a guy come out to talk to me about a new system and installation as mine just might be done!

One of the best experiences I have ever had with an HVAC contractor! Cheyenne Benge was the technician who troubleshot and quickly repaired my AC unit. She was amazing. Both technically and on a customer service level. A great personality coupled with technical skill is such hard combination to find these days. Well done!

From start to finish our experience with ThermAll was very positive. Trevor came and researched our home, gave us three estimates, and answered all our questions. Tim and Mark came and installed our new heat pump once again being very pleasant and helpful with answering our questions. My AC went out he was down the street I stopped and talked to him they squeeze me in last minute. I highly recommend Mark and his apprentice Lenny. They were great very nice very knowledgeable about what they were doing.

We had a full heat pump system replacement along with a new electrical panel/breaker box installed. We were provided with great customer service every step of the way. Lini & Marcos were exceptional. Our heat pump replacement was challenging as our old system was a geo-thermal heat pump (30 years old).
Lini & Marcos were thorough, worked hard, and always had a positive attitude. Andy did the electrical work and was professional, knowledgeable and informative. My husband and I would recommend Thermall to anyone needing heating, cooling & electrical work.
