We had a split ductless system installed by ThermAll last month. We were very happy with the bid, the installers, and the finished product. However, within a month it was not cooling the house, and the units would shut off after a couple hours running. I called to explain the situation, and ThermAll had a technician out the same day (not an easy feat, since we live 70 miles from their office, and it's a very busy time of year for them). Turns out, a compression fitting had not been tightened properly and the refrigerant was escaping. Our tech diagnosed the problem quickly and had us up and running within a couple hours. We're very impressed with their customer care and professionalism.

Jesus was on time, polite and very professional. He showed me his work and explained everything in a clear and concise manner. I am really impressed with ThermAll's service people and customer service staff. I highly recommend this company!

I read the good reviews on this company and decided to go with them to replace our failing AC system. I filled out their online appointment request form and got an email confirming my form was submitted. I then never hear from them. No call, no email, nothing. I ended up going with another company that quickly returned my call and promptly showed up for their appointment.

Only downside is the price of the thermostat. I felt that it was too expensive. ($670.00)
