Paul, the owner, made a service call the day after Thanksgiving so his employees could have a restful holiday. He discovered the problem and gave me options with no pressure. I decided to replace the furnace since it was already 23 years old. All staff I have had the pleasure of meeting are top notch and very helpful.

I have two full mini split systems, my first floor was not heating. Tech, Cheyenne, opened the exterior unit near my gate and found d loose sensor. Sat in van until Mitsubishi could tell her location to reclip sensr. She told us she could try adding refrigerant to see if that would help. We declined and were charged $300 to reclip sensor in place. I found the builder and he sent his installer over to check it out since it was only 15 months old. In 5 min he told me it was the other exterior unit. He , identified.the leak,repaired, recharged the system and it has worked great since. I spent $300 and Thermall never even touched the system that had the problem.

I had problems after a storm. They worked me into their already long and busy schedule and were very professional and courteous. A small mistake was made, but Paul stopped by and made it right. I would highly recommend them.

I had a heat pump installed in my home and I'm amazed at the efficiency. Prior to the installation, I have had winter heating bills from $200 to $300 a month. Since my heat pump was installed, my electric bill is 30%-50% cheaper.
I high recommend ThermAll.

It’s the 2nd time Thermall has worked on my furnace. Had the same tech both times. No complaints…he was prompt and efficient.
I could do without the $189.00 service fee for it being a Saturday, but I guess that’s how it goes

Had a wall of electrical outlets in our livingroom that weren't working. The electrition did excellent work and even helped troubleshoot other outlets and a light switch in the livingroom. Very professional and accommodating.
