Casey went above and beyond from start to finish. It started with a facetime diagnostic after hours, followed by an in person assessment the following morning. Him and his team worked diligently until our AC was up and working again. All staff at Comfort Pro's were accommodating, kind and professional. Will continue to use for all our future needs.

As is typical, my HVAC went south during a spring hot spell but ComfortPros had it up before the next heat wave came. They were here to diagnose immediately and replaced the system in a matter of days. Well done!

Joel (tech who came to my home) was very polite and worked quickly to find the solution to my furnace kicking off after 5 or so minutes. He did a really wonderful job explaining the issue and how to resolve it and the price was fair. I felt they were honest and trustworthy. I will definitely be coming back for routine maintenance. Excellent service and follow through. We ordered a new heat pump system, they were at our house for over 10 hours with no breaks in order to finish the job and ensure we didn’t go without heat overnight. They got everything finished up, but they unfortunately the unit burned itself up on startup. They were at our house everyday after troubleshooting and doing everything they could to get it up and running. When they found the issue, the parts had a 2 week lead time. Instead of just waiting around for that, he spoke to his supplier and worked some magic, we had heat the next day.

Again, following through with the entire job was top notch and these guys truly care about their customers.

Casey and his team were prompt, professional and very competitively priced. They diagnosed the issues, got us a quote quickly and were always on time with solid communication. I also really appreciated the smaller details like the cleanup afterwards and the finish quality. The installer even showed me a couple of times what they were proposing to do to make sure I agreed with the look in the garage, or they’d find an alternative option for us. Nice job Comfort Pros!

Our heat pump/air conditioner was not keeping up with this heat. We called Comfort Pro’s Heating and Air Conditioning to come check out the problem. Repair was possible but our unit was old and not energy efficient. We got a new unit installed today and the upstairs has already dropped from 99 to 83 degrees. Casey helped us find a financing option that worked for us. There was also a rebate available from Pacific Power. Many thanks to Casey and his installation team for getting use cooled off to sleep comfortably tonight.

My heating system shut down when night time temps were in the teens. Joel returned many times to work on it, trying different things to get it working without luck. Finally, he figured out that a bunch of debris inside my old chimney had dislodged, creating a blockage that was causing the system to overheat and shut off. I was able to get someone to clean out the chimney and now the house is warm again. I really appreciate Joel continuing to come back and investigate until he found the problem. And thanks too to Nancy for her positive communications during such a stressful time!

On the coldest day of the year by far my heater motor was making all kinds of noise letting me know it wasn’t long for this world. Comfort pro not only came out within a couple hours but also saved me money on the repair.
