Comfort Pro's Heat and Air

Our home has an in-floor ductless heating system with a boiler and pump. We called Comfort Pro's and spoke to Casey who got his tech out to us within 24 hours. Chris was professional and spent a long day of troubleshooting our system. There are no boiler repair folks in Kittitas County. He was able to replace our pump and get us back up and running. We are so grateful and will only call this company going forward. Thanks to Chris and Comfort Pro's.

Casey gave use a great deal on a mini split that was going to be much needed for this summer. Been shopping around and no one could be his prices.
Abel and his assistant Jackie did an awesome job at installing the system. Abel was quick and efficient as well as keeping what was best for the customer in mind. Abel and Jackie were nice, polite, and respectful.
Would recommend these guys for not only their awesome prices, but also making sure everything looks pleasing to the eye.

With all of the crazy snow we recently had in Cle Elum, my mini split outdoor unit which was installed by a Seattle company was overwhelmed by the snow and ice we were experiencing and was unusable. In a time when most HVAC companies won’t even return your call because they are doing installs and are understaffed, Comfort Pros came out as soon as they could and took care of us. They were very responsive, even after hours when I called them in a panic. While they suggested that several services may be necessary, when they arrived they only charged me for what I needed without selling me a bunch of stuff I would probably have bought and not needed (being without heat is a pretty unnerving thing in the mountain winter). overall this was a great experience, and we have our heat back which is of course the most important thing of all. Would definitely use these guys again, and probably will. They will certainly be my first call if I find myself in need of the services they provide again. Don’t hesitate to give these guys a shot

We recently bought a house and found out we didn't have AC. I googled the best installer that serviced our area and came up with Comfort Pros. I always thoroughly read the reviews before hiring anyone and based on reviews alone, they stood apart from the other companies.

From the beginning, they have been very thorough; explaining everything at a level that I (knowing nothing about HVAC) could understand. They are professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

This company comes highly recommended! They were fun to be around and had a great sense of humor! Circumstances were difficult with it being 104 outside but a nice 72 indoors. We are very pleased with the mini splits and would highly recommend everyone getting them and using this company! Thank you Casey and Oscar for everything you've and continue to do! 🙂

I had my electric hot water heater replaced with a tankless gas hot water heater by Casey with comfort pros. There was multiple communication errors that lead to many inconveniences for me. After the installation he didn't have a thorough enough inspection to realize he didn't have a seal in place and left me with a brand new hot water heater that would spill water everywhere and even though he was informed of the problem hours later it wasn't resolved for days. He left me days with a useless hot water heater that he had installed right then. I'm starting to believe that he had never done anything like this before, also curious that for a company that has been around for so long they would have only 18 reviews. I explained everything here and more in great detail to Casey in an email and his response was "sorry you feel that way". Now only a few weeks after the installation my hot water heater is leaking from a new place. I'm not going to bother with having them repair it and I'm going to have to pay a different company to fix their mistakes. I would avoid this place at all cost. Also, this is literally the first 1 star review I have ever wrote. Edit: the reply is a great example of the business being unable to take any responsibility, it was a gasket that needed to be put in place. Checking all seals and gaskets is normal practice for all models.
2nd edit: after exactly a month the reply has of course been updated to save face, with no actual attempt to reach out to me. So expect a month turn around if anything goes wrong before they apologize.

Comfort Pros installed a new heat pump and thermostat for me 7 years ago and it still works flawlessly! Even better they actually answer the phone if I have any questions still to this day. They were on time and their cost was more than reasonable. I’d recommend them 5/5 ⭐️

Chris was the technician who repaired my furnace. He did an awesome job. Very professional, courteous, and capable. An hour after I called, Chris was out at my house and working on my furnace. Highly recommend Comfort Pros!

My furnace stopped out of nowhere. Casey was quick and amazing, helped me find a lower priced system(everything had to be replaced), helped me find financing, and had everything set up and my house warm in no time.
