If you are looking for the best value and care I highly recommend ACT for both HVAC and Electrical services. Managing a remote lodge in the mountains comes with many challenges. ACT has been servicing our location for over 2 years with professionalism and prompt service to help our business function and succeed. This company shows up and handles all the calls we have thrown at them. Thank you to the entire ACT team for all you do!

We had an incredible experience with ACT. Our A/C unit stopped working just before we were set to have 100+ degrees for the next week. It was a Sunday but they were still able to get out to my house within an hour and the whole unit was fixed and running in under an hour. Blake was awesome and he made sure he had the necessary parts before he even came out. I will definitely use ACT in the future! They came highly recommended and I can see why.

Excellent customer service and professionally installed. Prior to contacting ACT, we had another heating/air company assess our home that failed us in every aspect. We decided to contact ACT, as our timeframe was very limited on getting work done. Luis provided excellent customer service and a same day estimate. He was patient with our questions, provided recommendations and did not limit us on our options to install central heat/air, to include duct work and removal of our wood stove.

Thankfully, he was able to schedule us with an install date that worked with our timeline. The day of installation went smoothly with no issues. The crew was welcoming, informative and great to work with. They were very knowledgeable in installing a completely new system. We would recommend this company and it’s crew and plan to use them for any future use.

We chose ACT after meeting with multiple companies and comparing bids and products. We have a two story home with basement and were replacing two wood stoves and an older electric furnace. We also wanted to replace window AC. Javier Perez chose an air handler to use our existing duct work and added a split system for the upstairs. He helped with rebates and overall design. The installers were great. We are very happy (and comfortable) customers!

I used ACT to install new gas furnace and AC units at my house. I must preface this review by saying that I really can't talk about the qualities of the system itself, the weather has been mild and I haven't had much occasion to put it through its paces, so this is a review of the purchase and installation process.
I received 4 other estimates from local companies for comparable systems. ACT's was not the cheapest, but I chose ACT on the basis of the professionalism and responsiveness of Javier, who was the ACT salesperson. Examples of what I dealt with from others while gathering estimates included inflated estimates, wrong information, failure to answer emails and unsolicited religious/political opinions. In contrast, Javier answered all of my questions quickly. When he pointed out that my AC needed to be updated, I was initially annoyed, but upon doing my own research, I found he was right, it was more cost effective to replace the ancient and inefficient unit before it croaked. When it was determined that the unit needed to be relocated because of code issues, he approached the problem practically and found a simple and inexpensive solution. The installation itself took place on time and was carried out by a polite and respectful team. Javier followed up to make sure that the work had been correctly executed. Based on my experience with ACT, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My AC stopped working so I asked them to come out. I had incorrectly shut the door to my AC unit resulting in the AC turning off in my entire house. The technician told me that this was the problem within 5 minutes and I was billed $120, just for the technician to tell me that the door was closed incorrectly. I think that is an exorbitant price to pay for a 5 minute fix, but they require a one hour minimum. I was not informed of the pricing prior and if this is the case, they should have provided a maintenance service at the minimum to make it worth it. No service was offered. Had I known, I would have requested some type of service since they charge for an hour regardless. Bad customer service. Will not be returning.

They left there garbage and metal shards to clean up as well as garbage from their lunch at subway.... my dog ended up getting a shard in her foot and now I have a expensive vet bill. Very poor servics!!

Update: ACT proved again why they are the right choice for my parents. A few weeks back during our major heat wave and just after 5PM they discovered that the A/C was not working and the home was warming up fast. After calling the After hours line and fearing they would be waiting a while for help the tech said he would be on his way over, from Sunnyside. Preparing to wait for a while, about 15 minutes later here arrives one of the service guys who lived closer and he had graciously agreed to come help. About 10 minutes after arriving their unit was back working and the problem was solved. That's the premium customer service they always deliver!!

About a year ago my parents decided to purchase a new HVAC system for their home. After thoroughly researching products, costs and after meeting with numerous company reps they chose ACT and what a fantastic decision! These guys are knowledgeable, they provide great value but most of all, the customer service and professional staff is the best. This is the first place our family would recommend to anyone who asks us!

Heat pump install was completed in one day, very fast work. Syatem would not start due to wiring issue. It was repaired that d day and operational. The system works great and is very efficient. Electrical inspection not so Great. Missing install of one outlet with in 25ft of unit. That was 3 months ago, and three no shows for repair. The power rebate had to be submitted twice, that is on Pacific power. My bill is paid in full and I still have a hole in my wall and inspection issues. I'm through waiting calling an electrician and getting this done. Shop around and check prices, maybe you will have better luck with them.

Shopped around before deciding to update our HVAC through ACT. Javier's customer service skills are top-notch & the install team is amazing. They arrived early on the job & completed a ductless system by days end. ACT didn't leave a mess behind & when I called needing help, James arrived 1st thing and SHOWED me "how to."
