We are new to Yakima and our gas fireplace would not stay lit, ACT spent 2 hours here and replaced a part. That evening we had the same problem. We immediatly emailed their company and phoned several times over the next 48 hours with no return call. They were very poor on follow up and guarateing their work. We contacted another business in town and we have had no further problems.

Javier and his team fixed a problem I had been struggling with for years. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and left the area tidier than when they arrived. I highly recommend ACT to anyone in need of their services!
