We just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by ACT. They are punctual, responsive and efficient. They are knowledgeable and have competitive prices. They are not pushy. The ACT workers are pleasant to have around! I would recommend them to anybody.

Great crew of guys did the install. They were clean and professional. The product has worked amazing thus far. I had a mitsubishi mini-split installed to replace my older gas furnace. My house stays cooler and the unit uses less electricity than my window A/C unit. I recommend not only this business for their top of line product but their exceptional customer service.

My contractor hired them to do the electrical in the house we're building. They NEVER showed up when they said they were going to. My husband and I missed work REPEATEDLY when we would go to the jobsite to meet them, only to have them not show up. We would be told over and over again, "oh, we'll be there tomorrow" which would turn out to be false promises, only to have them would show up literally WEEKS later. We've been waiting for a MONTH to have our trim out done, and it still isn't complete. There are literally two things that need finished for us to be able to move into our house (which was supposed to happen by the first of January). And where are the electricians? No where to be found. They ignore emails and have never apologized for delaying the progress of our build. This has been hugely disruptive to my family and I've never experienced such poor customer service in all of my life. TERRIBLE.

Job started Dec 2021 still not complete as of May 2022. They stole 6900.00 from my credit card more than they were entitled when job is completed but job not complete. They currently don't care because they already stole my money. Permits were not taken out and permit from L&I were not verified so now my County is putting a Lien on my home due to their incompetence.

Since I have to give a star rating and can't give zero I am going with a one star review. We have had nothing but issues with our $13,000 system of units that we purchased and had ACT install. We were told they would be quiet and wouldn't even know they were on which was a complete lie. The pumps on the individual systems are so noisy that it wakes up my baby. The most recent issue involves the unit in our master bedroom spraying water everywhere. Called ACT, had a tech come out who said that he would discuss this with the main guy at the office and still have not heard back. My husband has called and was told they would get back to us and still nothing. And now a week or so later it is happening again. We come home to ruined baseboard and wet sheets. I suggest that anyone considering this company to keep looking and don't bother.

We are in town from SC helping our aging parents. There AC was completely non working. I read reviews and called ACT. They came out same day, repaired a well aged unit that very well could have sold a full unit replacement. HONESTY & INTEGRITY is rare these days but their tech was spot on! Thank you!

ACT is amazing! The furnace went out at my father in law's rental and ACT was able to come out that day, find the problem and get the part in by the next day!! Thank you guys! Dustin also called me with updates through the entire job.

ACT Heat and Air has installed a Mini Split in our 1950's house and our drive thru espresso stand this year. They've also installed an entire new heating/cooling system in our house a few weeks ago. We would recommend this company to anyone! Their team went above and beyond on all of the projects - always on time, doing what they said they would do, for the price that was quoted. They followed up on every project to make sure everything was working great and that we were happy with the product.

It was great to work with ACT. Javier gave us multiple options and invited questions and concerns and then addressed them. I had three systems installed in my home and the install teams were friendly, answered all my questions, and showed me how they dealt with each of my concerns. The systems work exactly as Javier said it would.

ACT Recently serviced my air conditioner, I called on a Monday evening and they were at my house at 7:30 the next morning and it was fixed in less than an hour. Very professional and fair on pricing make ACT a Great Company I highly recommend them for all your HVAC Needs.
