Their rep was great, quiet, asking questions as needed, no judgemental responses, even tho I had totally screwed up the installation of the Ecobee thermostat. Explained and showed what he did. Same day service in a severe heat wave. No complaints here. I'd totally recommend this outfit.

In the past my experiences with ThermAll have been good. This most recent experience did not measure up to the quality we’ve come to expect. The day of scheduled maintenance the gentleman who came out was polite enough but seemed fairly new and was certainly new to me. There was some confusion on his part as to what needed to be serviced at the appointment. After he left I called the office and was able to work things out, the ladies I spoke with were fantastic. Long story short, immediately after the appointment the system was not working and we were without heat. We contacted the office and they sent out a different serviceman at our request. He wasn’t really open to the idea that the previous serviceman had made an error, believing the problem to be our thermostat. When he looked at the furnace he discovered the problem which was a wire not hooked back up after the system was serviced the day before. He was not very polite.
UPDATE: Since I wrote this review the owner called me and was sincere and kind. This company highly values customers' experience with them and were quick to contact me and resolve the issue. I would highly recommend them based on my past experience and the way the most recent was handled.
