Each department is very good, for example on subjects of scheduling or even basic inquiries respond fairly quickly. During our research, we learned that a new air conditioning service is both an expense and an investment; so we took the process seriously - gathered quotes from 4 different HVAC companies. We chose ThermAll Heating & Cooling, Inc and very satisfied with the service crew, the administration, and the new air conditioning system. Jose was the Technician. He was very courteous and he had shoe coverings which I didn't care either way but good to see in case some customers did. He was good with me watching and asking questions (always curious). You could tell he knew his stuff as he diagnosed the issue with in 10 minutes using his voltage meter. He had the part on had and installed it. Then he went ahead and cleaned the burner thermostats without me asking. He also check the condensation pump to make sure that was working.

away. The service Tech Ray was fantastic very knowledgeable and fix our unit for a very affordable cost. I would highly recommend.

My furnace went out in December and I needed to replace it. I initially was going to go with another company but due to misinformation before signing contracts I decided to get some different quotes. Paul came out to give me the estimate and was such a pleasure to work with! He answered all my questions, and gave me a great price.

Paul knew we were without heat, using only space heaters, and he got me on the schedule so quick I was really impressed. He even offered to bring me more heaters if I needed them for the few days it took to get the equipment in. The technicians were courteous and super clean, the area was probably cleaner when they left then when they got there. Also, Jamie in the office was so helpful and great in communicating any details or scheduling changes. She worked with the credit union to get my financing matched up and she sent me everything I needed for the CNG rebate.

I can't say enough about this company! Price was comparable to most in town and I was treated like a person and not just an invoice. Thanks Paul, Jamie, Rey and Curtis for a pleasurable experience through a bad situation!

Clean and well mannered, I like that they keep an on going record report of service provided, with a watch on possible concerns. Good detailed communication of what service has been provided, with photos so I can see for myself. My experience has always been positive, from the office, to the in home visit, as well as follow up.

When choosing which company to go with, I decided based on customer service. Thermall has been fantastic, from the office staff, to the sales staff, and the installers. I had a little issue with my unit and they didn't hesitate to do everything possible to get it fixed. You won't be sorry if you choose Thermall.
