Our salesperson was Jeremy H and he was so professional and efficient. Our installation team was Jeremy Hood,Tyler M and Artem P .. they were efficient, polite, on time and hard workers. Adam P was the electrician on the job and did an excellent job. What a great team!

2nd day of 90 degree plus heat. We have a Geo-Thermal and four 5 years, no company could fix it. Called the installer of the system and many other's.

No one was able to get the A/C portion of our Geo working.

But two days in a row, it's 68 degrees in our home.

My wife, sons, puppy, and I cannot thank you guys enough.

The service technician, Jonathan, was incredibly polite and trouble shot an issue that he was able to repair on the spot. Instead of waiting for a replacement part for up to a month, Jonathan got our AC unit running same day - incredibly appreciated when facing a string of 90 degree days!

I am so happy with this company. Shane C was very professional and gave me a run down of how my heatpump was performing and what to expect for possible future issues. When he was fknished my heatpump has never been so quiet. Shane was awesome. It's because of people like him that keep me coming back to your company for all my heat pump maintenance and needs. I trust this company 100 % and have for over 20 years.

Shane is a genius! He was prompt in contacting me and excellent in communication to troubleshoot our furnace! He was able to get the problem identified with me, and get the heat back on virtually! Customer service like this is so rare, and working with Shane over the phone was a fun experience! Thank you again Shane!

I would highly recommend Entek for any HVAC work. I sent quotes to 5 different places detailing that my upstairs was not getting enough airflow from the HVAC. All of the companies said they could come take a look, but their fees ranged from $80-$100 for just the consultation. Entek was the only one that came next day at no cost. Jeff came back a second time (for free as well) to provide further consultation and a formal quote. Overall, Jeff was very knowledgeable, provided a ton of insight and advice, and also had very reasonable prices.

Another local company installed my heat pump and furnace (Bryant) a year and a half ago. I spent a pretty penny with them! But the units failed multiple times since then.

This last time, in the middle of a heat streak (and in July). After that company left me stranded for five weeks without AC or help, I was desperate and reached out to Entek in August.

I just wanted my expensive investment working, and Entek surpassed my expectations. They not only diagnosed the problem and fixed it, but they found a number of items that the other company did wrong and fixed those as well.

Even though Entek is the Carrier King, they can work miracles on Bryant units as well.😀 I would absolutely recommend these miracle workers to anyone looking for HVAC help!

My AC broke on a 100-degree day early this month. My place was sweltering; I didn't realize how much I've come to rely on it. I was sweating bullets even at 8pm. I called a bunch of places - all said they conducted "emergency AC repairs 24/7," and their respective on-call operators all confirmed that, and passed my into onto their technicians - who all called and said they were either a) too busy that night (and in some cases, several days out) or b) too tired to come out. Which is perfectly fine, expect for the very large and noticeable "24/7 Emergency AC Repair!!!" advertising they all employed.

Until Entek. I called at 1am, by this time I was was just trying to schedule something for the following week. The guy answers, and he's in Vancouver. I'm in Portland. He sounds like he's about to go to bed. I ask if an emergency repair is possible, knowing it isn't... he proceeds to get up, get ready, get in van, drives all the way to my place in Portland (at least 20 miles if not more) - stops on the way to go by his office to grab some supplies that "might be helpful, depending what the problem is," and shows up at my place at 2am. At this point, I was stunned, but figured my AC (14 years old) was probably done anyway, so I'd have to have a new one installed another time.

When he arrived, he had Covid protocol fully locked down - mask, gloves, and even show bags to keep my place clean - and his gear with him. He goes to look at it... less than 30 minutes later, my AC is working again (he even went out of his way to scrub off some build-up that had accumulated in a particular area, showed me how to clean it going forward, and gave me the nylon brush). He was extremely friendly, despite having to be up at 6:30am - less than 4 hours - for his next shift. He did all the paperwork, pointed out a few things I could do to help maintain my AC, told me with the part he replaced that it may well run another handful of years (knock wood), and headed home.

I rarely write reviews online for anything. I never write four-paragraph reviews. This was nothingn short of a heroci act as far as I'n concerned, given he didn't make extra for this beyond any after-hours call, and the awesome attitude he had the entire time. I would say this was a Top-5 all-time customer service experience for me, hands down. Three weeks later, my AC is humming right along, and who knows, will hopefully continue to for a good while. He did not have to come out and do this, I was already resigned to waiting til the following at least.

This is a shout out to Entek Corp for pulling this off when no fewer than 12 other places I called that night could, or would. A+++; for any future AC purchases/repairs, this is where I'm going.

The team; Igor, Jeremy, moltke and Ivo were very professional. We had an unpleasant smell coming from our vents for over a year and they replaced HVAC in 1.5 hours. I Wish I would have came to them sooner. Thank you Entek team for your quick and easy service.

Was Awesome! On time, wore mask very friendly and cordial. Did a furnace inspection and was very thorough. Wrote out all he did and explained each item and answered our questions.
Also very reasonable cost. Would high recommend!
