Bravo! This was a quality air conditioner purchase and installation from Revival Heating & Cooling, from start to finish! This morning, Zach and Michael from Revival Heating & Cooling in Ridgefield, WA came out to install the new air conditioner, which we purchased from this HVAC Group at a reasonable price. Zach and Michael are true professionals in every sense of the word! They were friendly and courteous, arriving on time, knowing exactly what they were doing. The installation went smoothly. They carefully explained everything to us, including their local and the manufactures warranty, the maintenance schedule, and system operating features. The system is so quiet, cooling our house quickly and nicely. We couldn't be happier. We would recommend Revival Heating & Cooling to anyone!

I had Keaton M. Come out to do a whole home audit and see where my utility money was going. He was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and anticipated my questions. I’m a mechanic myself, so this isn’t just a clueless estimate of someone’s abilities. I’d highly recommend Keaton and Revival Heating & Cooling to do the work asked for and they’re worth every penny.

Ben did a great job with the energy audit in our home. He was professional, patient, and took us along for the ride to teach us about our home. We are excited about the opportunities we could invest in to improve our home's efficiency.

I had a problem with my Bryant furnace cycling and called Revival Heating and Cooling to schedule an appointment for repair. Kate was able to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon with technician Spencer and she provided the charge for the service. Spencer finished the previous job early and was able to arrive earlier than expected, which was fine (he called ahead for approval). He began troubleshooting the system without delay and was very professional, courteous, and personable. He was able to make the necessary repair and while doing so noticed that there was considerable construction dust accumulated in the system, including the heat exchanger, which the builder never properly cleaned. He recommended calling the office to schedule an appointment for a proper cleaning since the dust can affect the performance and shorten the life of the furnace.

Very pleased with the install from Revival. Curt was very professional, as was Zach. The install was difficult due to the limited space around the furnace and both did a great job and made sure everything was running perfectly before ending the job.
With such skilled staff and competitive pricing and a great warranty, I highly recommend Revival.

We had the home energy audit done, and I was left disappointed by the service. The report plugged in my home’s numbers but included no actual pictures so we can’t see, and most importantly, reference back to them in some months when we forget what the technician said. It seems pretty important to have the technician call out specific leaks found in the attic or home that would net the largest improvements. Home inspection reports have photos attached with issues found and I was surprised the home energy report had no actual photos of our home.

I had to follow up with them to actually get the report. The audit was done Friday and he had the report created but didn’t send it to me and the next week came and I had to reach out and ask for it.

The technician at the appointment showed me what the cost was but never actually provided the quote. I reached out about a week later again and asked for the quotes to which the customer service rep said she would reach out to the technician to send it to me, but we still haven’t received the quotes.

Most of the reviews mentioned having Ben. We did not get Ben and maybe that is some of the issue.

Their website mentions that we would receive, “Thermal camera scan with picture report” but we did not get a picture report.

Hope this helps others when deciding who to use for figuring out air leakage / insulation improvements in your home.

Ben did a very thorough energy audit of every nook and cranny of our 3700+ square foot home. He reviewed the results including thermo imaging of leaking areas, and cold air drafts. We now have a checklist of items we can choose to have remediated professionally, and some simple items to do as DIY. Well worth the time. We now have a plan to improve our home efficiency.

Outstanding service always from these guys. Had a new AC and furnace installed in 2021 and recurring maintenance with them. Always professional, responsive, and very helpful when we have run into issues. I appreciate their notifications when the technicians are coming out, so you know exactly who is coming and when they are expected to arrive.

These guys did great. Installed a heat pump system for our furnace and a 2 headed mini-split system for second floor. Work was done in a day and one half, quality of work was great. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I hired Revival Energy Group to update the insulation in my attic.
Meng, Nathan, Elijah and Enrique were the technicians that did the work. They were very nice, professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I would give them and Revival a 10 out of 10!!
