Revival Energy is a stellar company: honest people, fair prices, and quality work. We were in the market to have 2 Coleman furnaces from the 70s removed and replaced with a ductless heating & cooling system. In order to give us a quote, the company requested that all decision makers of the household be present. In order to make scheduling work, Robert came to our place after-hours and spent 2 hours meticulously scoping the project and answering all of our questions. He did not try to upsell the project, he recommended an appropriate system for our house with each unit providing the BTUs needed for the space. We were given a quote on the spot, which was priced in the middle of other quotes received. Revival sells Mitsubishi systems, which are top quality. We had previous experience living in a rental with a Mitsubishi system and loved it. They are quiet, work well, easy to maintain, and keep your bills low. With homeownership, each project has its hurdles. The old furnaces were challenging to remove, but Revival tried different ways to remove them until the problem was solved. Between the removal of the old furnaces and installation of the ductless system, we had our home addition remodeled. That contracting crew was behind causing us to delay installation with Revival twice. They were so kind & understanding about these delays. Eventually, the 4-unit ductless system was installed during a 2 day process. Thankfully, there were no hurdles to clear during that part of the project. Robert even made other home improvement suggestions (not related to earning more business), which demonstrated his care for clients. The system works really well! Our home has a consistent temperature providing a much more comfortable living environment. Right now, we are saving about $40 per month. Robert suggested getting cellular/honeycomb blinds for our addition that has several windows to help with energy efficiency. Our bills could potentially be even lower once we do that. We recommended Revival to a friend and they did a great job with that 2 unit system installation. Our friend was just as happy with his experience. I strongly recommend Revival!!

Revival was very responsive to my call and also in communicating with me. Loved receiving text communication. I really appreciated the options they gave me in terms of the services for repair. There was a minimum and another option. Keaton even put in my new filter and gave me a package that was on my doorstep. Great company.

I was scheduled for work/repairs within two days. Revival exceeded my expectations, and modernized an antiquated plenum. Revival Energy Group did an install of a ductless heat pump and two heads for my upstairs bedrooms. Ben did a great job explaining how the units will be installed, where the lines would be run for the refrigerant and electrical. The installers showed up on time did the installation exactly as was explained.
Everything works perfectly, I am very satisfied with the equipment and workmanship. The warranty surpasses all other estimates. Would highly recommend Rivival Energy Group.

I am a renter, I complained to my landlord yesterday, and these guys were out here the next morning to fix my AC! I can't speak for the whole company or value because my landlord handled that part, but Keaton their tech that did the work was great! He was on time, friendly, professional, and did awesome job being in good communication with me and my landlord. Also, it is notable that he came masked and did his best to maintain distance (which we really appreciated!)
He had us up and running in no time! I hope the company knows his value!

In my first phone call Susan managed to squeeze me in to the schedule the very next day and gave me advice on where to start with making energy efficient upgrades. Brett came to my house, did some measurements and had bids for several projects within hours. Chad and his team arrived on time and installed a ductless heating/cooling system for my entire home in about 6 hours. Everyone I have interreacted with from this company has been friendly, punctual, informative and professional. I can't speak highly enough about the level of service this company offers.

I went a little overboard and got 4 bids for this project and the reason that I did this was the enormous range I received from my first 2 bids. One was more than DOUBLE the price of what I ended up paying for my system from Revival. I was also told an entire system install would take 2 days. I am glad that I decided to get a few more bids because I am certain that I have the highest quality system with the most timely and professional installation and customer service in the market.

Revival will be the first place I call for future upgrades and I have already recommended them to several friends.

I've been meaning to post this for about 3 months. We had the work done right before this summer. Revival Energy Group was everything we hoped they would be. We had to replace our heater and added air-conditioning to our home. Additionally we had installed a couple of ductless units for rooms that had no vents. It was a big job. The work was done skillfully and within the time they projected. I appreciated that they had a foreman who coordinated and answered questions as they went along. We can recommend them highly.

Revival is an excellent company. In late April 2018, I engaged them for an energy audit. The final report they provided (which was excellent, data-driven, and very helpful) showed that overall, our hour was performing pretty well, but there were some things that could be done to make the house less "leaky" and balance the HVAC. The quote for this work was very reasonable so I went ahead and paid them to do it. I was especially happy they didn't try to up-sell me on on new installations I didn't need. They completed the work quickly and professionally, and the house did seem to perform better with the AC running in the summer.
In December, after a few cold spells, it was clear that one part of the house was not warming nearly as as much as the other. I crawled around the crawlspace and the newly sealed and insulated duct work looking for dampers to adjust but had no luck. I called Revival back for advice, and Jim sent Ben out to have a look. Ben quickly located the dampers I was asking about, and adjusted them to see the effect. He then spent quite awhile with me going over my existing HVAC system & furnace to see if we could identify potential reasons that one area of the house wasn't well-heated, separate from adjusting the dampers. Again, he didn't push me to upgrade to a new system, but did describe several options for improving performance in the problematic rooms and ballpark price ranges for each. Once I've had a chance to see how the new adjustments work out and decide next steps, I'm definitely calling Revival Energy back. It has been a great experience working with them.
