Revival Heating & Cooling

We had an energy audit then had our attic and crawl space insulated. We had everything done except floors, exterior walls and windows. If they need to be done later, we will call Revival!

Revival got back to me right away and let me know when they could be at my house. They sent texts and emails to let me know who was coming and when they would arrive. Keaton was very professional. He arrived on time and was able to fix my furnace quickly. Would recommend.

Revival Energy added attic insulation to r38 value to my older home. They were very professional from bid process to clean up after the work was done. They even were able to work with me to move up the install date to accommodate my schedule. A small question after was handled quickly and with a great attitude. Thank you all for your great customer service.

The new heat pump works well on the main floor. I do not believe the checks checked upstairs where we have three rooms. None of those rooms are positively affected by any air yet. While the main floor is maintain temperature at around 75 or 76° upstairs is still 80. We need to do something about upstairs.

This review is long overdue. I had two heat pumps installed in my home about two years ago. The person who I worked with was Brett Casey. He was a great resource of information and such a delight to work with! I never felt pressured by him and he was very patient with me as I asked him a million questions. He had such a great attitude all the time!

Fast forward to June of 2020 and I started to notice a clinking sound coming from one of my heat pumps. I called to get some help figuring out what was going on. Kylie answered my call and she was so sweet and helpful. She provided great customer service and promptly scheduled an appointment to have Keaton come look at it.

When Keaton got to my house, he was on time, professional, and very helpful. He gave me some tips on how to make my heat pumps work better and was able to fix the clinking noise. Top notch service from all three of these individuals.

While Revival isn't necessarily the cheapest, it definitely makes up for it with awesome customer service and professionalism. Thanks!

Chris and his team did an outstanding job. All 4 guys were professional and had great knowledge of the product they installed. We have lived here 30 years and the furnace and A/C units they installed were much needed. They all were polite and used all Covid protocols. They explained everything we needed to know about the installation and use afterwards. They cleaned up meticulously! I will use them for all service needs and highly recommend them for installation and service

After having obtained number of bids we decided on Revival Energy Group to install our air conditioning. The install was scheduled quickly, the work done in a professional and speedy manner, and after the work was completed there was not a trace of debris left behind for me to clean. Loved how easy this repair happened!! Went on yelp, searched heating repair, read reviews and Revival responded promptly with an estimate to come out that was very reasonable and they were here the next day to fix my heater. No worries about Covid either. Keaton arrived wearing a mask. Did the repair quickly and efficiently. He’ll be back on Monday with an air conditioning install estimate. Great service!

An inspector saw my heater and told me the panel lights were blinking. Then, just prior to a heat wave weekend, my thermostat and heat pump stopped working. I scheduled a diagnostic visit, and when he showed up he found simple problems with each, that required no more than pressing a switch in each to solve the problems. Friendly, polite and quick.
