I am so thankful I can call the 3 other local businesses that have me on waitlists and couldn’t schedule a repair for 2-4 weeks and cancel. Even the ones who installed our system! I found same day service for a more competitive price! I couldn’t believe the unprofessional phone calls I endured while searching for help. I am pregnant and due soon. The answer of no AC in this hot summer at end of pregnancy and bring a baby home to this was unacceptable. I am so thankful the fourth call was the correct answer. My heat wouldn’t turn on. Called them at 8:00 am and the technician was here by 10:00 am. Really knew his stuff, was professional and fixed the problem which was a left over issue from my previous HVAC company. I will use SureTech again
