Technician was on time, very nice, professional. Had to go get the part he needed and came back the same day which I was VERY thankful for. I will use them again if needed.

We waited almost a year to choose this company for our installation. When we did they did not hike up the quote due to covid. They honored the cost and time frame of install. Once installed, we noticed the ac ws not working. I was able to call the owner. I didn't have to go through phone prompts or leave messages. He answered right away. He sent Jario out and got us fixed up right before the big heat wave. Jarno was a refreshing kid with such great professionalism. He even tolerated my large loud dogs.
We had to call again to then fix the heat. To be clear none of our issues was due to the system. It was the thermostat. The reason for the 5 stars is there exceptional customer service. Due to two service calls, they just upgraded my thermostat at no charge. There are still family owned companies who really do care.
I would refer them over and over again.

Justin and his crew were great to work with. Justin gave me a quick and fair estimate for the work, let us know when we could get on their schedule and within weeks the job was done. Everyone that worked on the project - the installers, inspectors and electricians - were considerate, competent, clean and quick. The new ductless system works great and the space is now much cozier than before! We would recommend SureTech to anyone who needs heating and cooling install/repair/cleaning service at their location.

What an experience. I had this company out in 2020 and met Justin. He quoted me for multiple ideas on a ductless heat pump system for our home. We weren't able to afford it, but this year in march 2021 we are able. I called Jason back and he not only got us in RIGHT away for the install, honored the same price as quoted initially, AND as I write this in my 70' air conditioned room. Service only took 1 1/2 days to complete and what a beautiful job the installer Bradley did. I left my home with the workers in my home alone and I completely trusted these gentlemen. The electrician who also worked with this company is amazing too. I can not say enough good things about this company and I would never hesitate to call them if I needed anything else. also my units come with a great warranty and I am feeling SO good about this purchase. thank you guys. anyone who needs AC work I will be recommending you right away.

Justin came in, took time to give me the best recommendations for my space, and made suggestions that helped me to save money. He replaced our old furnace, added a few ducts, and an AC. He even adjusted the older ducts and came in and checked again to make sure that everything is working properly. Thank you Justin for a professional and friendly service!

This company is THE BEST!! We have had another company trying to figure out our AC slow leak for two years. Finally we contacted Sure Tech, and Justin sent Jiro out. He immediately found the problem, and ordered the part to fix it. Today the repair was made, and AC is working perfectly! We will never call anyone else for our heating and cooling problems!!

Great company! Justin (owner) will walk you through the entire process and explains all the steps involved. His team does a great job of communicating throughout the day to keep you informed and always cleaned up after themselves. My furnace decided to die. He was able to come up with a fix so that I didn’t have to replace it in a hurry and is working with me to come up with the most effective and energy. Efficient replacement plans for my heating and cooling systems. Justin didn’t just tell me it was broken, and my only option was immediate replacement, he gave me a way to do this as a more organized and planed project. He also listen to what my goals were, and gave me the options that would fit with them.

Our HVAC went out during our record heat. Justin was extremely busy but he had his mom help him answer calls and help with his schedule. She raised a smart, hardworking young man. He was able to get to us much sooner than we expected. Friendly and professional, great customer service. 👍👍

There was no comparison to the other companies and bids I received between them and SureTech. The owner, Justin, was the only company to even offer to come and work on installation of a unit I misguidedly bought for myself to install. He also went above and beyond by helping me to return the unit to the Home Depot in his truck and unloaded it for me! I got a superior Daikin unit with a 12 year warranty and a 2 year service agreement and the price was comparable to my bargain brand. I even got a separate bid from my electrician for the electrical part of the job and SureTech beat that bid by hundreds! I was being so careful about the money as a newly retired nurse and figuring out my income. I would have gone with SureTech anyway if their bid was a little higher because of the experience and professionalism of Justin. He just had so much confidence in how to approach the job. While others saw the installation needs as serious obstacles, Justin offered solutions quickly and keenly as just part of the job. His tech, Bradley, who did the job, spent a 12 hour day getting everything just right. He faced glitch after glitch, keeping me informed along the way. He had to go through the attic and under my crawl space as well. He wore a mask and was respectful of social distancing. I just can’t say enough about the professionalism of SureTech! Another company said they’d have to remove a cabinet from my garage and this wasn’t even necessary. Okay, if I have to offer fair criticism for a balanced review, I can’t say they were on time because they arrived within an hour of the scheduled appointments both times. They did keep me informed that they would be late and why, however, so stuff happens. Also, the electrician was a nice guy, but not as confident and “can do” as the SureTech guys, but he’s a subcontractor. This isn’t as easy to control. Lastly, I’m so happy to have a quality product and overall positive installation experience with SureTech. I enthusiastically recommend them for any work you may need them to do. Five stars!
