Igo and crew were great and efficient. They were responsive to my concerns and advised me on the best options for my situation. Entek arrived on time to every appointment and were very informative and helpful. The install was quick and painless and the team cleaned up after themselves, leaving no trace that they were there working on the house at all. Total pros!

We have been using Entek for several years now, we have had a service plan with them since our system was installed. They are easy to work with and the service technicians are always thorough and explain what they did to look over our system. When they find something is failing on the system, which is rare, they give you a choice and cost to repair so you can make an informed decision. Terren was our recent technician, he was really nice and did a good job.

We had a whole house heating system replaced with a new Mitsubishi heat pump and new ductwork.

Entek was very professional and timely throughout the entire process. The install team even stayed late the last day to insure the original schedule was met.

The air handler and all the new ducts were very clean and professionally installed.

After spending 2 miserable summers in our house without an A/C system, we finally opted to get a heat pump put in. Zach came and quoted us on multiple options and was patient with us while we weighed other companies' options as well. The install crew arrived on time and got right to work, Igor, Kraig, and Tyler all were happy to answer any questions we had and were knowledgeable about the process. Super cleanly, Professional, and Friendly! Even though their job ran a little bit longer than expected, they were happy to stick around until all questions were answered and everything ran smoothly! They made sure we fully understood how to operate the systems prior to their departure. I Will 100% recommend Entek to friends and family in need of HVAC work.

The Entek team who performed the installation of my new furnace/ heat pump were so professional and easy to work with. I barely knew they were here! Ivo and Cooper did an awesome job installing our ductless heat system. They were always on time, very considerate and even asked if I wanted them to not work in my kids’ bedrooms certain times so they could take naps. They were friendly, professional and very informative. They contained and cleaned up the mess and were careful when walking through the house. I couldn’t recommend them more. Entek was great to work with, the whole process from getting set up for a bid to the finish has been great.

As a single female I typically expect to be taken advantage of when having work I done on my home. What a pleasant surprise when Entek arrived for a complete HVAC install that spanned 4 days. This included installation of gas lines duct work and vents, along with a new water heater. They were here everyday promptly and jumped right to work. They were respectful, professional, knowledgeable and communicated continually, throughout the project. They cleaned while they were working and honestly I couldn’t even tell they were there as they left no trace other than the work they got done that day. The team Ivo, Jack, Dennis, Garrett & Tyler were always pleasant, helpful and truly love their jobs. I work from home which was another dynamic they had to consider. They were proactive in coordinating “noisy work” at a time when I was not on a call. We were around one another for 4 full days and I just can’t say enough good things about my experience with this crew from Entek. Well done!!

Igor, came out and performed the site survey, in a timely and efficient fashion.
Igor, Kraig, Cooper and Moltke performed a flawless, single day install of our Mitsubishi Heat Pump, which is Inverter driven without supplemental induction heating coils. The system performed exceptionally well through this unusually cold winter, with a 33% reduction in our normal winter electric bill.
I'm looking forward to evaluating the cooling functionality with expected 80 degree temperatures this weekend.
Finally, Cora in the office was efficient in handling our billing, and both emailing and hard copy mailing all of our supporting warranty and technical information.
I whole heartedly recommend Entek, and the Mitsubishi Heat Pump, to anyone in SW Washington with a heating/cooling need.
