Revival Heating & Cooling

I had Revival Energy perform a "Comfort Assessment" of my home, which consists of blower door test, thermography review, discussion of ways to save on electric and gas bills, and a report. I was deeply impressed with their professionalism, promptness, quality, thoroughness, and value for the fee. Many items were found that needed some work, most of which I did not know existings, including a few gas leaks. I highly recommend others hire them to gain insight into how well their homes are performing!

Revival did an excellent energy audit for us. We were struggling with an uneven heating in our home. One room was freezing. In about 2 hours Ben from Revival did a complete inspection of our homes heating and cooling systems and showed us clearly our problems. He checked our insulation in the attic and crawl space. Then he told us very direct solutions for fixing them. No hard sales and very good to work with. And we get to claim the new federal tax credit for this audit.

We had a central AC unit installed by Revival. Their cost was the most competitive among several other companies, and their technicians were very professional from start to finish. I highly recommend!

Keaton is a total god!! He was so good at explaining all the different and complex things he was doing! He actually made HVAC repairs and maintenance literally enjoyable. So quick and so skillful, and with such wonderful and nearly magical tools. I got to see my entire house through his FLIR thermal imaging camera, and discovered serious air leaks I didn’t know the house had. And, basically, he’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met!

Did a quality job quickly. Keep us informed throughout the install.

Finished on time and left the house as clean as they found it.

The team was thoughtful, professional, and timely. Communication was excellent. Project took a few more days than planned but that is usually the case. I highly recommend Revival.

Ben Fish provided our inspection/bid and was dead on the money with what could improve our 100-year-old house's energy efficiency - and make our upstairs bedrooms livable in the summer heat. He was knowledgeable - and both found (and fixed) a natural gas leak he stumbled on (loose nut on the fitting to our furnace) and identified asbestos tape/wrap on some of our ductwork and register boots. While he couldn't be certain - he was confident it was asbestos (it was) and that we should remove it before doing any AC/ductwork with Revival (we did).

Revival was not the cheapest bid - but the quality of the work speaks for itself. I am comfortable that we got the best quality work that we could've - and they really surpassed our expectations. When Ben arrived the day of the work due to start - he mentioned that our bathroom fan vent wasn't connected (which we knew) and offered to add a vent into the project for free since they'd be cutting roof sections for the mushroom vents anyway! I installed a new bathroom fan the next weekend - and we're so thrilled they did that for us. They even connected a 4'' duct and left it for me to connect once I had the new fan installed.

The crews were both fast, courteous, and skilled. They communicated with me every step of the way - and made judgment calls which were accurate and sensible. The project took longer than anticipated (by a day and a half) - but I'd happily take that over rushing through the work. They sealed every joint - and greatly improved the efficiency of our existing air handler and ductwork - and the new ducts and boots were installed with great precision.

The fact they could even install the AC coils is a miracle - we had to drop the whole furnace and redesign the air intake to accommodate it with the 6' 3'' ceilings.

We're totally overjoyed with the work that was done - and would recommend revival in a heartbeat.

We had to replace our gas furnace recently, and the team from Revival was great. Showed up precisely at the agreed upon time, were courteous and professional, and the duo (unfortunately, I’ve forgotten their names) that did the install were hard working and made quick time of the job. We are very pleased with the work/product, and would definitely recommend Revival.

Our old central heat went out on a Saturday March 10th Friday it was very cold 30 degrees, we called several other local HVAC companies all of them couldn't schedule us until later on the following Tuesday and some latter in the week, I some how called REVIVAL Heating and Cooling, and low and behold the sweetest young lady Kate answered with honestly one of the most benevolent happy voices I've heard in a long time, I explained to her our dilemma that we were in, Kate assured us she would do her very best to get a service person to be scheduled to our rescue as soon as possible, and that she would inform us shortly, in which she did, bless her heart, Saturday morning came and a young man Michael showed up on time ,very punctual, in a impressive company van well equipped humble and very professional ready to fix our cold house, it was freezing we and had to leave the garage open only because Michael had to make so many trips back and forth to his company van for this and that, trying to figure out what was broken on our 25 year old Goodman heater after a good couple hours in the freezing cold, Michael discovered it was the circuit board, one that was not in abundance, although some how miraculously he found one, an absolute blessing for us, Michael spent another hour or more intricately wiring up the new circuit board bless his heart, soon after he completed his hours of work in that freezing garage, came a knock on the door sharing the great news that we were back up and running, and that he would be leaving us safe and warm.

It was great having Ben out to do a comprehensive energy audit to see where we were losing heat/cooling due to air leakage, poor insulation, poorly sealed ducts, etc. I would highly recommend working with Revival. They are friendly, professional, and thorough.
