Kurt and Tyler did a wonderful job. Cleaned everything up when the installation was finished.
Wore booties when inside my home. Explained how to use the remote to control the system. It is so quiet.
It will be nice and now I am ready for the summer.

The crews from Revival Energy were great! They were professional but also friendly and pleasant to have in our home. They were respectful, but not timid about coming and going where they needed to and got right to work. They cleaned up when they were done and talked us through our new ductless system. I highly recommend this company.

Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to addressing our immediate problem he found an additional issue that was affecting the performance of our system. He also provided some advice for long term HVAC in our home.

My experience with Revival began in March, when the weather began to warm, we tried to turn on the AC to make sure its on, and happy.. To find out it was not coming on at all. Called revival since they were shown as the local people for our unit brand (American Standard). Keaton came out, diagnosed it, gave us the bad news that it had a leak somewhere. We opted for the hold-over fix which was run some leak stop in the lines and hope it was a pin-hole leak in a coil.

Fast forward July 3rd or so the AC died.. This time it was compressor (fan came on but not compressor).. Called them up, due to the heat wave and understandably they were only able to get out to us in 2 weeks.. They were sooner than some competitors who had 5 week lead time!!

Keaton again made an appearance, explained what was the issue (compressor seized due to no oil) and that there was a leak, showed me the evidence of oil dripping down the line. Issue was likely caused by construction damage and due to the higher than normal use this year it finally gave up.

He called up the supplier on the spot to confirm compressor was still in warranty, then gave us a quote for new lines and to swap out compressor.

Soonest they could get install team out (two man job) was Aug 9th.. Sonny and Mike came to install it, and we're excellent to work with, worked quickly and also accurately. Aside from new line set on the side of the house they installed you can't even tell they were here!!

Revival and their team has been great! The quality is worth the wait!

Worth the money, would hire again!!

We had Revival install a ductless system with 5 interior heads five years ago and most recently had an interior unit serviced because of a clogged pump line. During the most recent service and after clearing the pump line, we discovered the exterior drains for some of the indoor units had been knocked loose when we had our house painted and the tech quickly remedied all 3 drain tubes. I have had nothing but good experiences working with this company. From the prompt and courteous service I received over the phone, scheduling, professionalism of the technicians, and value in service and advice, I’m a truly happy customer and would highly recommend their services.

My husband and I interviewed & received estimates from eight different HVAC contractors before deciding to use Revival. They were not the cheapest, but had the best reviews plus had fabulous communication with us (unlike many of their competitors who never even returned our calls to answer our questions after they gave us a quote.) After discovering that the requested unit & flex ducting was currently unavailable, we opted for a Mitsubishi heat pump with regular ductwork to replace our cable ceiling heat & window A/C units. Chris & Meng showed up promptly with a full crew & went to work for three days getting it all installed & operating. The crew was absolutely fabulous - considerate, followed all necessary protocols and best of all, seemed to actually enjoy working together. What I anticipated as being an awful intrusion into our home while I was trying to work in my home office was actually easy & they didn't interfere with my work at all! Thanks again so much to Chris, Meng & crew on the fabulous work completed - we love our new HVAC!

Revival Energy installed a new and efficient heating and AC system at our house this summer. The new system has worked great, and our energy bills have gone down in the process.

They also performed an energy audit late fall, and it was very thorough and informative. I plan to use the resulting report to have some work done to seal up leaks and install some additional insulation, which should further reduce our monthly bills.

I found Revival Energy easy to work with and knowledgeable, and their pricing is competitive, too. I recommend you give them a call; you'll be glad you did!

From the first person I spoke to at Revival (a super nice gentleman named Jim) to the technician that came out to our house for diagnosis (Robert), this organization was very professional in all aspects. They were respectful enough to make sure and put covers on their shoes when they entered the house and, clean up before they left. The price was accurate to the estimate and, very fair for the level of service they provided us. They even took the time to educate me on my furnace and advised on things to look out for. Pretty impressive! Thank you Revival!

Robert, Jim and the entire install team (Meng, Elijah & Sonny) were superb from start to finish. I cannot recommend Revival highly enough.

Robert did a thorough evaluation of our existing system AND ducting prior to quoting, and was an excellent communicator the entire way. All his tips and suggestions checked out when we did independent research, and we were able to confidently purchase the right size and efficiency units, which for us (with duct sealing and upgrades, meant we could step down a size in both furnace and AC to save even more).

Tip: Not all companies will actually take the time to actually go into your crawlspace to evaluate your ductwork, which is a major part of your new system's efficiency. If they just take a quick peek and say they will charge for work needing done upon install, like one of our other bidders did, run the other way to avoid nasty surprises!

The team from Revival was on time, professional, and very friendly. They did a great job installing and testing the new AC system. Even pointed out a leak under the house. Now I’m enjoying a cool 68 degree house while it’s pushing 100 degrees outside. One reason I chose Revival is because they install the highest rated AC brands.
