I am so happy with the work this crew did! I now have the quietest bathroom fan and fantastic air seal/insulation in the knee walls. Can feel a temperature improvement instantly when going upstairs. The team was polite, professional and completed everything on time as promised. I had questions and they took the time to answer everything. Bonus - they took care of all the Oregon Energy Rebate paperwork. Would recommend and use them again.

Had a great experience with this company. Brett was incredibly helpful in answering questions several times as we were choosing a company to install our ductless system. He clearly wanted what was best for us and our home, he was knowledgeable, informative and friendly. We both felt comfortable with him and felt we could trust him. The guys that did the install did a fantastic job and everything is running smoothly!

When we moved into our home over 7 years ago, a friend referred us to Revival for energy testing. After enjoying working with Revival on that small project, we opted to have them install attic ventilation, seal for air between the floors, insulate the exterior walls, and install a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system. We were pleased with how they approached the project and the input they sought from us over aesthetic choices. We also appreciated the quality of work and the way employees cleaned up after themselves at the end of the work day. Over the years we have returned to Revival for the regular maintenance recommended on our heat pump system and we will continue to. Revival Energy Group cares about their clients and we recommend them to friends planning to have similar work done.

Revival Energy Group did a fabulous job with the replacement of our 40-year old gas furnace with a new one. There were a lot of people who made this a great experience. Jim, whom we contacted first, was always kind, patient and ready to help. Brett who came for the consultation was open and knowledgeable and gave us detailed explanations about the options, the cost, and the work involved. The office staff Julie and Susan were professional and quick to respond to any queries we had. And of course, Chad and Mike who installed the new furnace were nice and skilled people who knew their job well. Great team, and good honest people! We are fully satisfied customers. We obtained written estimates from five other contractors but none as reasonable and good as that of Revival Energy Group. We are happy we chose them. Their first-rate service is highly recommended. Had a great experience with Revival! Their quote was comparable to others I received, but I went with them because of the great customer service. I just had a minisplit installed in the upstairs of my home and everything went very smoothly and was explained to me in detail. Will definitely use them again.

Sunny was on time and repaired our AC unit in just a few hours, even running out to acquire a special part. It was great to have the job completed in one afternoon. We will keep revival on our favorites list. Thank you.

I've had this company out to my house several times; at first to install a new heat pump and furnace which they did on-time and ensured they worked correctly. The second time to do a checkup, where the HVAC system was still functioning correctly. The third time to do a Home Energy Audit, which was very comprehensive and detailed.

Revival is helping me with some insulation issues with my house. Robert was very helpful and explained to me the importance of having an energy audit before deciding what steps to take. During the audit itself he was very thorough and showed me where problems were and what steps we could take to remediate them. At the end we received a full report with estimates of what savings we could expect from a variety of options. Four instead of five stars only because they were not very prompt at returning messages and I had to follow up a couple of times (I'm sure they are very busy this time of year)
EDIT: Updating review to five stars. We chose Revival to do the work; they were not the cheapest bidder (by quite a bit) but their approach of carefully diagnosing the issues before proposing a solution gave us the confidence that they would be able to do the best job. We are satisfied that the work met our stated goals of greatly improved comfort in the living room and reduced drafts on the first floor. Also appreciate that Robert did not overpromise what he could deliver given our budget and the constraints of our home (130 year old building with balloon frame). The crew sent to do the work was very friendly and good with communication; they also were able to adjust the work schedule a bit to meet our needs.
I'm a satisfied customer. The project cost quite a bit more than I wanted to spend, but I had a good understanding of what was needed and why before agreeing to the work. The only part I had to pay for up front was the energy audit, the cost of which was deducted from the final bill.

I needed a ductless mini split for my new shop. They were able to let me know the options available and properly size the system. The install on the outside is nicely done and was put where I wanted. The unit was quiet and did a great job warming up the shop. Great set of people to work with for your project.
