Revival was AWESOME. I needed new insulation and an attic seal in my new home and they were brilliant through every step of the process. From the initial evaluation, to helping me coordinate with Energy Trust of Oregon, to the 2-day removal/install process. Everyone I encountered was nothing but courteous and professional - a rare combination these days. I don’t think I could be more satisfied with the experience or the end result.

Very positive experience. Technician explained everything in terms I understood and explained the terms I didn’t. Had the issue diagnosed in 30 minutes. Very professional. Most importantly didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need.

The sales rep Ben has done a good job for me on several occasions. The install team lead by Michael was on time today, kept my home from being damaged or soiled, got the installation done as the sales rep quoted, and showed me how to use the new system. Excellent work.

Ben did an energy audit to find out if we had window, door, and ceiling as well as walls leaking cold air in and warm air out.
His knowledge of our Gas furnace, air conditioning unit, hot water heater and the complete ducting of our entire house from attic to the under house crawl space and use of infrared technology to show where improvements can be made to be more efficient and save us money👍

I got an energy evaluation done for $360. Ben spent around 3 hours evaluating my home and taking a lot of time to walk me through his findings. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough. I am not sure if I will hire them to do the work, but that's mainly because I am weighing out the cost versus savings. If I do decide to do some of the insulation work, I will definitely consider them. Or when my 30 year old furnace decides to die on me.

Revival Energy was great from the start to the finish. Our salesman Ben did a great job explaining their services and prices. Chris and the rest of his install group were fantastic. They were progressional, thorough , stayed on task and answered all my questions. Our home is so comfortable now.

Ben, ours salesman, didn’t try to sell us a system we didn’t need which we really appreciated. We purchased a new furnace and had our ductwork sealed. The installers, Chad , Mike, and Sonny are great guys and arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. We feel that this company takes good care of its employees and they in turn care about the work they do. We would not hesitate to recommend this company and will have them back in the spring to install a new AC system.

My family was without heat, and Jim made it his personal mission to get everything together in an extremely quick, but beautifully coordinated fashion. Extremely professional, customer first attitude left me assured that I made the right choice. I have never seen such a large project flow as smoothly. Best choice I have made so far for my home. The warranty is basically useless and they did not even give me good instructions on how to maintain the heat pump properly. Then when The motor on the pump stopped working they had someone come out and charge me $200 to do nothing and tell me they could fix the part at $450. When I went online the part was only $130. They are a rip off and this company charges exorbitant pricing for someone to basically come out here and say it’s broke, we need to charge more. Horrible company, I’d give zero stars if that were possible.

Ben Fish did an energy audit in my house. First off, he was prompt, considerate, and professional. Then he explained to me what he was doing and how it affects heating as he did his inspection. Then he guided me through the final report, answered all questions, and cleaned up behind him well. He was even nice to my curious dog.
