After spending 2 miserable summers in our house without an A/C system, we finally opted to get a heat pump put in. Zach came and quoted us on multiple options and was patient with us while we weighed other companies' options as well. We opted to work with Entek due to other reviews and testimonials suggesting them!
The install crew arrived on time and got right to work, Igor, Kraig, and Tyler all were happy to answer any questions we had and were knowledgeable about the process. Super cleanly, Professional, and Friendly! Even though their job ran a little bit longer than expected, they were happy to stick around until all questions were answered and everything ran smoothly! They made sure we fully understood how to operate the systems prior to their departure. I Will 100% recommend Entek to friends and family in need of HVAC work.

These guys rolled out the red carpet when I only ever hoped they could help. Niki, Miguel Jr, Jeff and Neil really went above and beyond. These guys really took a trade skill and turned it into an art form. Well done.

I had a tech named Jonathan come out to do a routine service and make repairs as needed. He was AWESOME! Explained everything let me watch what he was doing so I can learn the basics needed to take care of my A/C and heating system. Super nice super helpful well worth it!

Miguel and Ryan arrived on time and were very friendly, respectful, professional, and hard working. You could tell they worked well as a team and just knew what they were to do from the start.
They made sure of all the details in installation before drilling any hole, which we really appreciated (since my husband is a perfectionist).
Bill Valardi with Valardi Electic came out and did the electrical install. He was on time, quick and professional.
Everything looks terrific! Works perfectly!
Miguel clearly explained how the ductless systems work and how to use the remotes. He really went over and above to make sure everything was done and cleaned up and covered prior to his leaving.
We really have NEVER had any installation go this smoothly and leave us feeling 100% satisfied. I am highly recommending Entek and Miguel to anyone who is considering the services we received and I feel that all the other services they provide would be just as good.

This is the third heat pump install I’ve had Entek do for our different homes over the years. The house we just bought had a 33 year old unit that needed to be replaced ASAP. Dennis came out and gave us some great options. Miguel, Ryan and Kraig got the install done in one day and were a rockstar team! We couldn’t be happier with our new high efficiency unit! We are also loving the high tech Ecobee thermostat. Thank you Entek for another great heat pump!

[EDITED] We had two ductless minisplits installed recently and they did a great job. From beginning to end, they were very responsive and honest. We have a baby and during the install, one of the guys noticed our son was sleeping so he asked if it was okay that he run the vacuum because its loud. They cleaned up they're messes as they worked and didn't leave a trace when they left. Everyone was so polite!!

[EDIT] We have had our 2 minisplit systems installed for over a year now and they are just amazing!! We used to have ceiling heat and would use space heaters for the winter time and would only use them OCCASIONALLY and our electricity bill 2 years ago was $240. We have these minisplits running ALL THE TIME and our highest bill last winter was $150. The systems were a bit pricey at $9000 but they have already saved us a money and they work great. Plus, we got a $600 rebate from the PUD for having them installed.

OMG...these employees were so nice and polite to me....needed a little training on my heat-pump thermostat was having a high PUD bill and didn't understand how to set it to run economically, I was very happy when I left after understanding how I had been setting it incorrectly.
