Entek Corporation

I had a bad heat pump in a house I recently bought. I called Entek and the recommended a complete new system as it was 18 years old. After doing some research the consensus was that this was the right thing to do. I got quotes from several local HVAC companies and Entek was very competitive price wise on a good quality system. Dennis was able to help me out on the price a bit further so I want with them for the install.

The system was installed in one day with very professional staff. I had a few minor things that needed adjustment post install and Dennis was able to get a guy out to my house the same day! overall very satisfied with the service and would gladly recommend Enket to anyone!

Very disappointed in this company. I called for a free estimate. They sent out 2 men. They stayed for 1/2 hour. Gave us a verbal estimate, then left. Now in the mail I receive a bill for $210.00 for technician labor for 1.5 hrs. They didn't fix anything. Only looked at the AC unit, listened to it. I'm very disappointed. We are a small business. We can't afford extra bills. Now I have this plus a unit cost. I'm not happy.

A big shout-out to Entek and especially to their service technician, Evan, for a job very well done. Evan was prompt, extremely courteous, and worked diligently to find a rather obscure problem in my Carrier heat pump. Best of all, Evan took the time to answer all of my questions, and he did it in a way that a non-technical person like me could understand. Thank you so much, Evan, and thank you, Entek.

Worked here for over 16 yrs. Great employer. Treats their workers right. Always honest and upfront. Makes sure their customers are always pleased no matter what the cost.

Nick was amazing competent and efficient. He explained everything and went above and beyond to make sure it was working and cleaned the system . Was very impressed and satisfied .

Employees are polite and friendly. From making the appt. with Nikki to the technician Mike. Will definitely be calling them for any issues in the future!
