Very unprofessional while driving on the road. If his crude manners on the road match his work ethic I would never use or recommend his service.

Called for an annual inspection. Was told it would be $35.00. The man spent about 15 minutes talking and looking at the unit with a flashlight. Said everything was good a gave me a bill for $95.00. I ask why such a big difference in price. He told me that was the standard cost for a service. I told him I didn't ask for a service. He said that's what his boss said to charge and gave me the bill. What a rip off.

Best HVAC company in the Pacific NW! Josh was very professional and knowledgeable and great pricing. We built a new home and they installed our system. We have never had any issues with our system or the service. We highly recommend Custom Heating & Cooling!

The owner Josh is extremely rude. Customer service doesn't seem to exist here. I wouldn't have them serve me a burger at McDonald's let alone work on my very expensive HVAC.

Ordered a heat pump and waited 3 weeks for it. Called back to check on progress and I was told it wasn't ordered because I didn't accept a quote they had given me on a different job. Poor business practice, especially for a small town. Another company in town was happy to replace my heat pump quickly and without question.
