I have never in 40 years of home ownership worked with such a professional group of people. Respectful, on time, willing to answer any questions...and cleaned up beyond expectations. I had a new furnace/ac installed recently and have used Entek for maintenance for a couple years prior. Everyone...EVERYONE..that I worked with from Entek is top notch. Kudos to the staff. It reflects good management.

Tech Christian Roberts was available when I called to request repair on my AC. The scheduler sent him right out to my home and he had the parts he needed in his truck. He was polite, professional & got my AC working asap. The charge for the repair was very fair. Entek does regular maintenance on my equipment and the techs are ALWAYS on time and very professional!

Sean S. came out to do the semi-annual maintenance. He was on time, professional, and efficient. He not only serviced the furnace/heat pump, but also showed how to clean the coils from the moss build up. Have always had 100% confidence in Entec's service.

I highly recommend Entek for all your HVAC work. We had them install a new heat pump and furnace back in May and they did a wonderful job. Everyone was very professional from our salesman Jeremy to the crews that installed everything. Last night the thermostat quit working so I called them 1st thing this morning and a tech called me back within 30 minutes and was here a short time later to fix it and he was very professional as well and there was no charge even though it was a Saturday he said it was covered by the warranty. Couldn't ask for anything better. Great job Entek.

We had our furnace go out over the weekend. Entek was quick to fit us in their schedule. They were out in 3 days to install our new furnace. The technicians Jeremy, Tyler, and Ivo were very professional and friendly. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend Entek to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning installed.

Entek was incredibly professional, punctual, and clean! They did a gas conversion from an old electric furnace to a new gas furnace and the presentation of the new system is awesome! Jeff was very easy to work with during the estimate phase. This was a year long process for me. Jeff was patient and understanding. He made multiple trips out to the house and gave me multiple quotes for different systems and configurations. His concern was that I get the best system that I was comfortable with. Igor, Ivo, Adam, and Brant were the technicians for this project. The workmanship they left is unbeatable as well as their knowledge. They were able to do the conversation over 3 days all while my wife was running her in home childcare business. From top to bottom my experience with entek exceeded my expectations. They will have my highest recommendation and will be my first and only call when I install AC! THANK YOU!!!

Employee Christian Roberts arrived as scheduled to give me a cost estimate on a new thermostat for my system. I selected the thermostat I wanted from the choices offered. Christian did a great job getting it installed the same day. He worked steadily until it was installed. He then explained the various functions to make sure I understood how it operates. He tested the new thermostat to make sure it was set properly for my needs, verified again that I understood how to adjust it and if I have any problems how to reach someone for assistance. He was very pleasant, was masked due to our current Covid situation, respectful of me, my home and my pets. Great job Christian -- thank you!

The Team Dennis and Ivo did a phenomenal job replacing our old A/C. They worked perfectly together and were very meticulous, knowledgable and professional. They solved every issue they came across and after 14 hours,(left at 10.30 pm), still smiled and took the time to make sure we had learnt the new system. Kudos to these two great representatives for their company.

Entek did an outstanding job for us in replacing out heating and air system. Everyone was prompt, courteous, and seemed genuinely interested in doing a good job for us. The two local inspectors who checked the work both made it a point to specify why they felt that the Entek technicians did a high-quality job. We are so appreciative.

We recently had Entek install a new furnace and heat pump and the result are awesome. Louis did a a great job in explaining what would need to be done beforehand. The installers were the best; always on time and even put in two extra long days to get the system up and running. Thank you!
